(Draught) Pours a lightly hazy yellow body with a medium white head. Aroma of orange peel, honey, and florals. Flavor of grass, lemon, and light honey.

11th October 2008. GABF. Hazy gold beer. Fruity and acidic. Dry and crisp palate. Nice if unusual Saison.

Sampled at the brewery. Mostly clear golden body, white head. The aromatics in the nose are interesting, the honey is very evident, but there’s almost quite a bit of perfume-heavy lemon citrus and lavender flowers. Crisp flavor, a bit of a bite over the middle. Medium to light body, semi-sweet, hinting at lactic tartness, mildly astringent, mild soap-laden honey in the back. Interesting stuff.
