COMMERCIAL DESCRIPTION
This is a light refreshing summer brew, made from 1/3 malted wheat, 2/3 malted barley and a bunch of Colorado mountain wildflower honey. The finish is dry and crisp with a bready character.

Draught. Head is mostly diminishing. Body is medium yellow. Aroma is lightly malty (grain), lightly hoppy (flowers), with a light note of honey. Flavor is moderately sweet, lightly acidic. Finish is lightly sweet, lightly acidic, lightly bitter. Light to medium body, watery texture, lively carbonation. A pretty boring wheat beer, not much to say.

Tap. Pours golden honey with a thin white head. Wheat, honey and faint hop aroma. Wheat, honey and malty flavor. Fizzy and light bodied palate, refreshing.

a bit of a girlie beer so my friend terry liked it when we visited the brewery although he was more impressed that they had a chessboard at the bar. unfortunately they didn´t have the full complement of pieces for the game but a win is a win and i´ll take it. the beer was pretty light, not way honeyed, surprising lemon rind tartness

Aroma is herbal, clove, floral - like a perfume, but not overpowering. Body is thicker than I thought it would be. Sweet malts and citrus tang, some honey, but not much. Finish is dry, but the body was a little too syrupy to be refreshing. On tap at the Ft. Collins Brew Fest 2004
