Aroma is moderately malty (caramel, chocolate), with notes of whisky and vanilla.
Flavor is moderately sweet, lightly acidic.
Finish is lightly sweet, lightly acidic, lightly bitter.
Medium body, watery texture, soft carbonation.
Simple aroma, on the bland and watery side. Doesn’t really compete with the world’s best. Murphy (1759), Fort Collins, Colorado, USA Mar 6, 2005 No head. Dark brown. Soy aroma with some sweet esters. Upfront whiskey, pretty much dominates the palate aside from roasted hints. Mild chocolate finish.
