Draught at Falling Rock Tap House. Pours clear mahogany with a medium, fizzy-rocky off-white head, fair retention with good lacing. Aroma is nutty, rye malt, spicy cinnamon, nutmeg, and clove with a nice caramel maltiness at the end. Flavor is caramel, nutty, and rye malt with a nice spice background. Medium body, medium carbonation, and a lightly dry finish. This beer is well done by the guys at Golden City.

Tap at Falling Rock - quite a nice brew - like a weizenbock with a hint of rye - a mild phenolic profiile, with clove being the most prominent - tangy, earthy wheat character is complimented fairly well with some mildly sour rye character - the rye also works well with the yeasty qualities of the beer - moderate sweetness and hints of roasted nuts - semi-tart finish - quite a quaffable ale.
