Draft @ the brewery - nose is nice, spicy wheat, pretty and subdued. Flavor is upfront solid classic weiss - cloves with a light banana ester and some ripe peach. Finish is really spicy white pepper> Drinkability - I finished the pint in less than 4 minutes. Really nice brew and a great surprise that a local joint is turning out such a quality german hefe. .

On tap at Falling Rock poured a cloudy gold with a lasting creamy white head. Aromas of wheat, yeast, banana, light bubblegum and light clove. Palate was light to medium bodied and smootrh. Flavors of wheat, yeast, banana and light clove with a smooth yeasty finish.
