16 ounce sample on tap at blackbird in Sacramento. This was sampled in Mid-September. The aroma has a cereal and light biscuit character. Not much else. Perhaps a little Northern Brewer hop in there. Transparent yellow body with a medium white head present and fair lacing left. Starts with creamy, sweet cereal and biscuit. Has a really nice mouthfeel and carbonation throughout. Just a really solid, chewy lager. Hops are non-existent. Very sessionable decent stuff.

This is a decent lager. A fairly present crispness. The body is slight but just not all that tasty. Ehh.

Light yellow color with a small head. The aroma has some lemon zest and some grass. Taste also has some grass and floral notes. Not much else. Quick finish.

Don’t know that I’d call this a pale lager...very nice, very crisp and clean, with a grainy aftertaste that I really dug. Enough earthy hops to notice without putting it out of balance. Well done. REALLY well done for the style.

Poured from a can. Almost clear yellow. Nice big head. Lots of lacing. Not much aroma. Fairly watery taste. Almost like a BMC. GR should stick to IPAs. ---Rated via Beer Buddy for iPhone

Pale yellow with a two-finger rocky head and modest lace. Aromas of hay and grass and a touch of citrus. Clean grassy hop bitterness with a light fruitiness involved as well as hints of yeast. Light boded, prickly mouthfeel, a crisp finish.

Can @ Palm Springs. Clear yellow/straw pour with a white head. Somewhat grainy and sweet on the nose. A lot of fruity esters, mostly pear and apple. Somewhat biscuity, too. Nice floral hops and a touch of yeast. Good malt sweetness to the flavor. Lots of biscuit and bread. Apple fruitiness, light grassy bitterness, and a touch of lemon rind. Not too shabby.

Can shared at chriso’s - thanks to Ethereal. Pours perfectly clear yellow, lightly effervescent, with a creamy white head. The nose has cereal, dry dough, biscuits, straw. Light sweet flavor with more cereal, faint lemon, dough, hay. Light bodied with average carbonation. Pretty well balanced to finish, some dry cereal, hay, biscuits. Not bad.
