12 oz, can from Best Damn Beer Shop. Transparent yellow body with a medium white head. Nose of mild malt and yeast. Bready malt forward taste with a faint floral hops background and some lingering bitterness. Nice mouth feel and carbonation. A bit thin but refreshing. A sessionable, respectable lager.

Pour is a bright hazy golden with a large white head. Aroma is a decent pale grainy with a noticeable grassy hop. Flavor is equal parts dry almost pils type malt with a almost lemony hop at the end. This was a very enjoyable lager. Not watery in the least and something beer drinkers of all kinds would enjoy.

Backlog rating. Can at Caspar tasting at Chriso’s, London. Nice crispy lightly bitter lager, with decent grass and grain notes, not too sweet. Overall, decent beer and better than macro lagers

16 ounce sample on tap at blackbird in Sacramento. This was sampled in Mid-September. The aroma has a cereal and light biscuit character. Not much else. Perhaps a little Northern Brewer hop in there. Transparent yellow body with a medium white head present and fair lacing left. Starts with creamy, sweet cereal and biscuit. Has a really nice mouthfeel and carbonation throughout. Just a really solid, chewy lager. Hops are non-existent. Very sessionable decent stuff.

This is a decent lager. A fairly present crispness. The body is slight but just not all that tasty. Ehh.

Light yellow color with a small head. The aroma has some lemon zest and some grass. Taste also has some grass and floral notes. Not much else. Quick finish.

Don’t know that I’d call this a pale lager...very nice, very crisp and clean, with a grainy aftertaste that I really dug. Enough earthy hops to notice without putting it out of balance. Well done. REALLY well done for the style.

Poured from a can. Almost clear yellow. Nice big head. Lots of lacing. Not much aroma. Fairly watery taste. Almost like a BMC. GR should stick to IPAs. ---Rated via Beer Buddy for iPhone
