COMMERCIAL DESCRIPTION
The two-row pale malt body takes a back seat to the Citra, Centennial, and New Zealand hops for a bright, citrus forward, summertime drinking IPA. Sample at the Tehachapi Beer & Wine Festival on 07/18/2015: Slightly cloudy yellow-gold color with a medium thick fluffy white head that diminishes gradually . Partial rings of lacing. Aroma of piney hops, fruit and malt. Medium body with flavors of resiny hops, tropical fruit and biscuit malt. The finish is moderately bitter with a piney hops aftertaste. Decent overall.

16oz can pours with a crystal clear pure gold body that supports a dirty white head of foam. The aroma offers up soft cantaloupe and mango and then pulling into ripe clementine and faint spicy onion dankness. The taste starts with a pleasing modest rush of cantaloupe and tangerine and bits of mango where the flavor is split down the middle with bitter and juicy hoppiness. To midway it picks up faint citrus and spicy dank hop bitterness and some resiny almost pine hop like notes. Toward the finish just a murmur of sweet malts is noticed amid the tasty hoppiness. This has nice depth and balance and crisp hoppiness. Pretty solid.
