The two-row pale malt body takes a back seat to the Citra, Centennial, and New Zealand hops for a bright, citrus forward, summertime drinking IPA. Part of the proceeds from this beer will be donated to our hardworking friends at Heal the Bay - an organization committed to restoring and protecting the Southern California coastal waters and watershed.

Pale gold pour with a thin but fluffy white head. Citrus, mango, pineapple, maybe even a little lemongrass aroma. Taste is sweetish, tropical fruit, pineapple the most obvious; decent level of bitterness to finish. Very, very easy to drink

(En fût au pub de la brasserie): Ananas, mangues et pêches dans une concoction ultra juteuse qui rappelle la Avery Dugana.

Can. Pours with quite a golden tinge, hazy and well topped. The aromatics are bright and light, and the beer drinks tingly on the tongue. The predominate character here is citrus, fresh and juicy. (#6038, 9/27/2015)

47.3 cl bottle @ hotel room, San Diego. Aroma has pineapple juice and tropical fruits - feels sweet. Flavour has sweet fruits, resin, grapefruit and pineapple juice. Finishes with some tickling hops. Sweet but still rather nice.

473 ml can @ hotel room, San Diego.
Pours hazy yellow color with a large white head. Herbal and lemony aroma, floral hops and grass. Pleasant lemon flavor, grassy hop notes with faint wheat notes also. Might have been crisper when fresh. Good still.

Sample at the Tehachapi Beer & Wine Festival on 07/18/2015: Slightly cloudy yellow-gold color with a medium thick fluffy white head that diminishes gradually . Partial rings of lacing. Aroma of piney hops, fruit and malt. Medium body with flavors of resiny hops, tropical fruit and biscuit malt. The finish is moderately bitter with a piney hops aftertaste. Decent overall.
