The two-row pale malt body takes a back seat to the Citra, Centennial, and New Zealand hops for a bright, citrus forward, summertime drinking IPA. Part of the proceeds from this beer will be donated to our hardworking friends at Heal the Bay - an organization committed to restoring and protecting the Southern California coastal waters and watershed.

Can. Gold with a white head. Aroma of melon, Meyer lemon, some gooseberry, grass. Reminds me a fair bit of Oakham Citra. Light bodied, high carbonation. Bittersweet with tropical fruit, peach, lemon, white pepper. Finish is dry and fairly bitter. Good, but not sure why it’s so strong for the flavours.

Yellow foggy pour from 22oz can. White thin head. Lemon and tangy aroma. Juicy and citrus lemon taste with a bitter finish. Good shit.

Taster at Hopgeist 2014. From a 16oz can. Clear golden color. Fine particles suspended in the body. Thin ring of off-white head, leaving good spread of lace. Medium body. Smooth, kind of crisp lighter carbonation. More dry finish. Good kind of piney clean mildly citrusy hoppy aroma. Mildly grassy, good clean bready malt. Moderate to bigger bitter taste, lighter sweet. Easy-drinking yet satisfyingly hoppy. Impressive, bright IPA.

IPA???? well no!!! Not much of anything going on. Taste like a half water half Sierra Nevada Pale Ale. Was hoping for more considering the hop additions.

very nice IPA, the aroma is piney, citrus and a bit of funk which is great. I’m drinking it straight out of the 16oz can so the taste is NICE..very citrusy and herbal..grassy over-tones. Palate is great a nice tart dry finish. Just a very nice IPA and one I’d have again.

"I love Citra and Centennial hops, so not a surprise I loved this brew. A shot of citrus in the nose, with a soft easy drinking feel and wonderful spicy citrus flavor, with more complexity rhan expected. Solid enough to pack some home."

16oz can. Clear golden color with white head. Nice spicy, skanky, citrusy, dusty pale malt aromas. Medium bodied with average carbonation. Big grapefruit rind, citrusy, spicy hoppy flavors in a dry cracker malt base brew____medium bitterness throughout----nicely drying bitter finish---tasty.

Much better on tap than from the can, but overall a decent summer seasonal. Large, white head that dissipates fairly quickly. Moderate to low lacing. Lemon nose and flavor supported by hints of papaya and honey.

Chriso. Soft. Creamy. Hop builds but never goes over the top. Dry and satisfying. Nothing exceptional, but pleasant enough.
