Beershine (4754) - The Sunshine State, Florida, USA - SEP 4, 2009
Bottle, from brewery. Bright gold with 1/2 inch thick head with good retention. Nice aroma has really fresh cereal grain and spicy hops. Nice quaffable palate. This one is sweeter than the edel-pils is with less hop character but also has less stickiness in the palate and great granularity in the body. Quaffable and good.

Golden, bright. Light malt-accented nose. Malt accented palate is clean. Tasty, bready character with light supporting hop base that carries a slightly grassy accent.

Bottled. An orange beer with a lazing off-white heat. The aroma is sweet and very malty, combined with a light note of straw. The flavor is sweet mlaty with light notes of straw and grain, leading to a dry bitter finish with a note of straw lingering around.

(bottle, bought at the brewery) Clear, pale golden colour with a foamy white medium-sized head. Sweet malty, slightly grainy nose with honey and herbal hops in the background. Bitter, slightly sweet flavour, light bodied with an almost crispy mouthfeel. Solid malty, slightly chalky taste with herbal notes getting slightly stronger towards the dry and moderately bitter finish. Clean and rounded Lager.
