3 AROMA 5/10 APPEARANCE 3/5 TASTE 7/10 PALATE 3/5 OVERALL 12/20
Pours a clear caramel color with a thick white head. Aroma has some toasted caramel notes and some skunky hoppiness that doesnt play well. Flavor is sweet and toasty malts...caramel...earthy hop notes...better than aroma. Mouthfeel is full and the finish is earthy/toasty and somewhat dry.

3 AROMA 5/10 APPEARANCE 4/5 TASTE 5/10 PALATE 3/5 OVERALL 13/20
Serving: 330 ml. bottle from State Line Liquors. It pours a light amber color with a frothy white head. The nose has a light, sweet, grainy note, but not much else. The flavor has a little cracker and malty sweetness. Maybe a touch of butter. Light to medium body with a slightly oily mouthfeel. Light flavor but not too bad.

Bottle at Zahav. Pours a cloudy amber with 1 finger of bubbly off-white head. Nose of caramel, butterscotch, molasses. Very malty flavor. Medium to light body with soft carbonation. I had low expectations and actually though this was decent.

1.7 AROMA 4/10 APPEARANCE 3/5 TASTE 3/10 PALATE 3/5 OVERALL 4/20
Draft in plastic glass at beach in Haifa. Darker than your average macrolager. Taste is light and it skunked up very quickly. Not a good beer.

3.3 AROMA 6/10 APPEARANCE 4/5 TASTE 6/10 PALATE 3/5 OVERALL 14/20
Poured a finger of head on a clear, dark straw colored body.
The aroma was roasted malt with some extra wetness to it.
Pretty tasty. It has an initial roasted malt taste that peters off to a mild bitter.
The texture is crisp with moderate carbonation.
Nothing amazing but nice and drinkable.
