Rough sweet malty aroma. Totally rough taste, ugh, quite a horror. Metallic, iron and copper. Tastes like shit. So rough. Crappy new year everyone!
Rerate: 330ml bottle - Martjoobout 1K - congrats!
Very sweet juicy fruity aroma, almost some orange squash. Starchy too. Some caramel too, yep, too sweet. Slightly grungy malty taste. Sweetish grainy finish. Meh

Thanks phaleslu for sharing... Mostly clear amber orange color. Bigger off-white head, good lace. Nutty flavor, on top of your typical lager breadiness. Hints of chocolate? Cracker. Moderate sweet taste, light bite, light bitter. Lighter body, lighter carbonation, lightly rough. Ok dark macro foreign lager. 4/5/2/4/8

500 ml can shared by phaleslu during the tour of the world tasting (first Israel beer. Pours a clear golden color with a medium sized white head. The aroma and flavor had pale and pilsner malts, grass, a light apple fruit character, crackers. Just not much to get excited about. Not great, but none of the new country ticks were as bad as I thought they would be.

500 ml can from Keir- thanks again, Keir! Another new country for me. Pours a clear gold with a finger of frothy white head. Notes of sweet and pale and crackery malts, straw, minerals, and apple skins. Light-bodied, with moderate carbonation and a pretty smooth mouthfeel. Certainly not a ’dark lager,’ as promised on the label. But not a bad one.

This beer is delicious. It is like the Israeli Prime Minister. I really enjoy this type of beer. It is my favourite.

Mouth feel is medium thick body, and oily texture, medium-strong carbonation. Tastes quite dry with light hop bitterness and subtle sweetness, well balanced. Carbonation is medium-strong. Tastes somewhat bitter with very light background sweetness. Taste of strongly roasted bitter malt, not smokey. Hops are not present in flavor. It’s pretty much my default beer, relatively cheap, and offers the minimum I look for in a beer

Bottle from Casablanca Brasserie 171014. Surprisingly this was quite good. Dark and malty and reminded me of Tooheys Old.
