COMMERCIAL DESCRIPTION
Brewed for Twaalf Balcken Den Burg Texel by Dirk Breedveld. Ingredients: Barley malt, Wheat malt, Saaz and Hallertauer hop. Duvelyeast 1996. Color 15 EBC. Bitters 31 IBU.

In the nose there are notes of apple and banana, some herbbal flavors too. In first taste is rather sweet, but evolves trough the mouth from front to back in different bitters, herbal thymian and soft hopbitters. There is an impressive long aftertaste even with food. I goes well with braised lambshoulder or knuckles.
