Bottle from Dranken Pauwels, Kortrijk - BE. Color: pours blond beer with small carbonation and small white foam. Smell: cereals and malts. Sweet caramel. roasted pecan nuts and yeast finish. Taste: full body with malt and caramel malt taste. Good caramel and balanced by yeast. Finish with some saison notes. Aftertaste: dry caramel and sweet malt, dry bitterness.

Bottle from Beershoppen, Kolding. Pours clear caramel amber with a medium, frothy white head. Aroma has sweet malts, caramel, soft fruity tartness. High carbonation, fine dry and quite thin mouthfeel. Flavour is sweet, caramel, coriander, warming. Still some astringency, telling of a soft infection. Light yeasty as well.
