(bottle, bought at the brewery tap) Hazy amber colour with a big and stable off-white foamy head. Sweet toast-malty and nutty aroma with toffee and notes of cloves. Sweet flavour, light to medium body, well-carbonated mouthfeel. Toast-malty, slightly wheaty and a bit papery taste, yeasty but with a very shy fruitiness; slightly sweet malty finish with a touch of cloves. Rather unspectacular, average Dunkelweizen.

Bottle. Creamy white good mostly lasting head. Amber colour. Moderate malty and hoppy and yeasty aroma. Moderate bitter flavor. Average moderate bitter finish. Oily palate.

Vordergründig ein hefefruchtiger Geruch. Dahinter agiert aber noch eine gewisse Würzigkeit. Fruchtig-hefiger Auftakt. Dann bitterschokoladig und samtig auf der Zunge. Hier wird das Bier deutlich malziger und die Fruchtigkeit in den Hintergrund gestellt. Röstmalzig mit nuancierter Herbe im Abgang ausklingend. Ein interessantes dunkles Weizen. Sauber. Bottled (thanks Timo A!). Hazy nutbroown colour, small off-white head. Aroma is yeast, wheat, some starch and mild earthy notes. Flavour is being quite much the same. Quite starchy and some mild wheat as well.

bottle at Ølbaren, Copenhagen. Amber colour with an off-white head. aroma is sweet, yeast, banana , caramel. Flavour is the same. OK beer.

Dark hazy amber with medium beige head. Sweet aroma with yeasty, banana and caramel notes. Sweet yeasty flavor with banana and caramel and yeasty notes.

Muddy amber colour with a large dense off white head. Wheaty sweet aroma with a heavy banana fruityness and toffee notes. Caramel sweet flavor with a banana fruityness and hints of plum. Highly carbonated.

Bottle. High and long lasting creamy off-white head. Hazy dark brown body. Strange roasted malt aroma. Relatively spicy malt flavor with low carbonation and caramel. Long sweet aftertaste.

Bottle shared with yespr. Pours a nice clear deep amber colour with a medium fairly lasting head. The aroma has roasted malt, wheat, roasted caramel and some banana. The flavour has roasted malt, wheat, caramel, some yeast, bit of spices, fruits (banana) and some Göller barnyard.

50 cL bottle shared with faroeviking at Ølbaren. Pours hazy amber/brown with a lacing head. Classic goeller mouldy aroma, slight malty. Flavour is slight roasted malt. Slight banana flavour. Interesting blend between the weiss and dunkel. Banana and malt.

Bottle. Pours a hazy dark amber color with a longlasting off-white head. Sweet malty wheat aroma with some hints of caramel. Sweet malty spicy banana flavor with some hints of caramel. Long malty spicy finish with some hints of bananas.
