The head is ok, the colour of the body is orange-cloudy. The taste is yeasty and a little bit sweet. This Beer hasn´t got interesting flavours, it is of course a "Weisse" but nothing more or less. So it´s ok but it could have more character!

5ocl bottle from Bierzwerg. Poured slightly hazy, light orange color with a lacing, white frothy head. Aroma has wheat, ripe banana and some light spiciness. Flavor has banana, wheat and yeast mostly. Thin body, easy to drink. Average hefeweizen.

Sorry for the german rating, but this is a lousy rating from my "newbie" time (2007-2009), and it’s not worth of being translated. I just added it for the statistics, and to complete my backlog!
Im Glas zeigt sich das Weizen ananastrüb und nur leicht trüb. Die Krone ist leider sehr klein und nicht sehr langlebig. Der Geruch ist stark nelkig, leicht hefig. Der Antrunk fällt angenehm hefig und etwas spritzig säuerlich aus. Der Abgang ist wiederum sehr kräftig nelkig und minimal süßlich.

Geruch hefig und fruchtig, Nelkendüfte sind zu vernehmen. Im Antrunk hefig-frisch. Dann würziger und wie schon im Geruch Aromen von Gewürznelke. Abgang sahnig mit gut balancierter Herbe.

(BOTTLED) Nice customary Hefe. Banana esters ,rich notes and a full body . not too shabby.

50cl bottle at Brauhaus. Pours a light but cloudy yellow, lots of bubbles and a large head. The nose is of the typical banana and spice, maybe clove or cinnamon. The taste is much creamier than the nose - some banana, some full fat cream and a little bit of tanginess on the end. The palate is rich in structure, creamy in texture and clean on the finish. Overall a very enjoyable beer.
