My first sake from the Chiba prefecture. Clear with a white wine look, thick legs. A mild scent, must be a different strain of Koji, light sweetness....some oaky scents. Mild sweetness up front, medium body, slightly thick but not sticky. The wet hay, slight mildew flavor is the featured performer with some Oak in the supporting role. Interesting but not one of my "must have" sakes.
