Radek Kliber (5308) - Toronto (Can) Krotoszyn (Pol), POLAND - JUN 8, 2011
Bottle 330 ml
Aroma pleasant aroma of refined malts with good depth. Light sweet berry nose , hint of cherry wood.
Appearance light garnet brown with medium fine beige top.
Flavor and Palate : medium bodied. Thinner on substance with its malty sweetness. Bitterness appears on walls. All felt overly simplistic once removing aroma factor.

Schroppfy (2335) - Łódż, Warsaw, Poland; Michigan, Ohio, USA - MAR 10, 2011
Well, technically from a conditioning and appearance standpoint this is an excellent beer. Great head sustain, great carbonation level throughout, slowly decreasing. Soft, pillowy, and still quite effervescent. The aroma naprawde bardzo dobre, naturalny. Aroma is brown sugar and a little molasses, iron. Flavor is just plain too sweet, no two ways about it. I mean it has some other elements - leafiness in the flavor, natural vegetableness, hint of smoke. But you can barely receive them, way, way out of sweetness balance. Totally typical of a Polish beer of this style and also of Krajan. However, there is some technical proficiency tutaj, even though I don’t like the end product. These guys can brew a decent beer.

MiP (11783) - Sřnderborg, DENMARK - DEC 11, 2010
Bottle, 6.0%. Weak port aroma, slightly papery and oxidised. Cloudy dark brown/red colour. The flavour is quite sweet and sugary. Has a little oxisided note, brown sugar. Too sweet, but drinkable.
