bottle, thank you Schroppfy! Clear bronw colour, large beige head. Aroma of roastetd malts ad a shy hint of smoke. Full-bodied, flavours of caramel and chocolate dominate, shy hop flavours in the lingering finish. A very pleasant Dunkler Bock.

Well, a little smoke complements your standard sweet dunkel bock! Just a hint among the massive (just accept it) caramel explosion in the flavor of this thing. But it helps. Maybe a touch of herbal hop spicing flavorwise too. There is some peppery hop spice and fresh naturalness lingering in the aroma too. Some alcohol in the aroma. Definitely better than their jasne; still the sweetness does get fatiguing. Be glad for the stubby bottle.
