Had on tap @ Five Points Grill and bartender explained this was their newest seasonal: a Belgian-style Pale Ale. A - Pours a rich golden/honey color with a nice head. Generous carbonation and lacing down glass. S - Aroma is sweet fruit, bits of sour apple, sweet malts, and the undeniable Belgian yeast. T - Complex with a lot of flavors making appearances. Bready, sweet, sour, spicy, clove, fruity, yeast, oak, slight hop flavor. Dry finish M - Nice mouthfeel, prickly carbonation, D - A very enjoyable sessionable example of the Belgian Pale Ale Style. Would love to have this in a bottle conditioned presentation. Very nice beer .

This beer pours golden and slightly hazy. Big, rocky head that lingers with good lacing. The smell is of strong banana and sweetbreads with a little bit of citrus. This beer does a great job of playing up the yeasty characteristics and letting everything else sing backup. Truly a delicious and unique brew.

Tap @ the 1st Annual Rocket City Brewfest. Golden pour. Tall foamy off-white head. Aroma is full and yeasty. Fruity flavor, rich malt. Hint of citrus and wheat malt. Very bready. Medium bodied. Yeasty finish. Nice hint of clove and nutmeg flavors added in.
