Draft in the GPBC tap room. Pours a beautiful mahogany with a small off-white head. Aroma is fairly muted -- some citrusy hops, fruity esters, some sweet malt, a touch of yeast. Flavor is malty, quite a hit of bitter and citrusy hops, mild Belgian funk, some fruit (cherries or figs?). Very well balanced, quite clean. Could drink a few of these, but the ABV might catch up with me.
