4 AROMA 6/10 APPEARANCE 5/5 TASTE 8/10 PALATE 5/5 OVERALL 16/20
After pouring into a pint shaker glass, it was a dark brown with a medium beige head. The roasted malt aroma was followed by coffee and chocolate taste that was creamy and very smooth. Very easy to drink and I can see why the can recommended it for sipping after meals like a dessert.

3.3 AROMA 7/10 APPEARANCE 4/5 TASTE 7/10 PALATE 3/5 OVERALL 12/20
In the can @ my parent’s house, thanks to jcnielsen for sending me! Pours a deep brown appearance with a big, dark brown head. The aroma has some roast, chocolate, caramel, and sweet coffee. Creamy mouth feel. Moderate to moderate high bitterness. Moderate sweetness. There’s plenty of roast, coffee, dark chocolate, and herbal notes. Medium thin body. Some bitterness in the aftertaste. Fine.

Can from a Birmingham sixer into a plastic Best Western cup. Nice dark brown pour with a big foamy brown head. Classic sweet stout aroma with coffee, lactose and vanilla. Great flavor that finishes with dry, bitter espresso. Really nice.

3.7 AROMA 8/10 APPEARANCE 4/5 TASTE 8/10 PALATE 4/5 OVERALL 13/20
from a 12 oz can
Excellent tan head over a nearly black and opaque body.
Has good potential but the coffee here is too much like mediocre coffee grinds and not enough like Kona or other fine coffee beans. In any case, there’s a good bit of coffee in here so this won’t appeal to anyone who does not like coffee.
Moderately bitter aftertaste with simulated expresso.

3.8 AROMA 7/10 APPEARANCE 4/5 TASTE 8/10 PALATE 4/5 OVERALL 15/20
can @ Habersham Beverage / Savannah GA --- Opaque black color, rocky 2" brown head that stays a long time, swaths of lace. Taste is good roasted caramel malt that adds black coffee in the palate, which provides a complimentary bitter against the sweet of the malt. All moves smoothly to a long finish that becomes all coffee. A really solid beer without being overwhelming.
