COMMERCIAL DESCRIPTION
Brussels Stout is a Belgian dark ale fermented with a blend of sacchromyces, brettanomyces, and bacteria. This beer was first introduced at the Magic City Brew Festival in 2010. This particular batch was blended with GPBC Coffee Oatmeal Stout. ABV 6.6%, 48 bottles.

bomber thanks to bleeng. Shared at the January Houston RB Tasting. Pours black with a tan head. Nose is of Belgian yeast and bubblegum. Taste is of bubblegum. This one was served too cold. Mouthfeel is thin and dry, with good carbonation.

January Houston Tasting. Thanks to bleeng. Batch 3, Bottle 26. Pours a frothy with nice head. Nose is very bright and yeasty. Flavor is bubble gum, but enjoyable. Thin, effervescent palate. Enjoyable.

Bottle shared at the January 2011 Houston RB tasting. Black but clear color. Nose is very funky strong with a brett nose-huge aroma. Taste is very bright, bretty, and dry with a lighter malty background. Lighter body and the alcohol is well hidden. Very interesting and unique.
