(12oz can, courtesy of blutt59) Pours a hazy orange body with a small off-white head. Aroma of grass, citrus, caramel, and bread. Flavor of grass, herbs, earthiness, pineapple, caramel malt, and citrus with moderate bitterness in the finish.

Jzzbassman sets a brutha up!!! My country will be much more filled because of him. I wish I could score a canned IPA like this one on a regular basis. Hazy rich amber with a big fluffy white head. Nose and mouthfull are the same. Warm rich hops with a bit of alcohol sharpness. Not overpowering in any facet, but completely drinkable. Nice can to get in the mail.

Medium sized offwhite head with good retention and plenty of sticky sagging lace. lightly hazy amber orange color. Nose is soft with citrus and earthy notes, lightly spicey. Body is almost medium, soft carbonation, light resin, lightly oily. Nice citrusy hop flavors, some leafiness and mild malts. Bitterness could be a bit more but thats just me. Otherwise fairly balanced. Light fruitiness with a lasting finish. Props to Monte for the rate and a another state! Thanks bro!

12-oz can. Thanks, Monte! Pretty cool to hit that 50th state and a music milestone with the same beer. Appreciate it, man. And this is a good one. Pours a hazy slightly burnished light toffeeish amber, almost kind of wort-y looking in the glass...save for the heaps of carbonation and nice dense rocky head. Tons of drippy lace coming down the sides of the glass. Forward fruity nose, mostly peach and pineapple with a bit of caramel. Creamy medium body with lively carb. Toast, caramel, pineapple, and, mainly, peach on the mid-palate. A well-made IPA with a fairly familiar flavor profile, but executed without noticeable flaws. The finish showcases nice oily peach notes in the hops, with just enough piney resin to ensure that crispness you look for. A solid and successful thirst quencher that could easily become a regular six-pack...provided you live in the right part of the country. Until I get tickets to a Tide or Tiger game, I’ll just have to reminisce about this can. Good stuff.

Orange/copper hued. Smells a little of citrus. Tastes very lightly hopped for an IPA. I would describe this more like a highly hopped hefeweizen. Pretty disappointed with the beer.

sommersb on BA done hooked a playa up with a can of this shiznit. Ok I’m not ghetto, I’ll stop. This beer is not as clear as I’d like. Cloudy copper in color with a huge billowing whitish head that lasts. The aroma is great actually. Big citrusy hops - orange zest and grapefruit with fruitiness and slight caramel. The flavor has sweet malts and not quite as nice of a hop punch as the aroma suggests, but still it’s rather tasty. Some apricot and pine along with the citrus. Medium-bodied with an average amount of resins on the palate. Carbonation on the higher side. This is a fine IPA from Alabam’. Ain’t none too shabby at all.

Can thanks to jazzbassman. pours a dark amber with an off-white head. Nose is pine, grass and somewhat musty. Taste is grassy and earthy. not enough caramel malt, IMO. Mouthfeel is medium and bitter. ok but wouldn’t ask for it again.

12 oz can courtesy of jzzbassman. Thanks monte. Pours a hazy copper color with a big fluffy cream head that has good retention and ample lacing. Aroma is big and bold with citrus, pine, caramel and some candied apricot. The flavor features apricot up front followed by pine resins, grapefruit and some toffee. The palate is a bit uneven starting thin and ending thick, and the carbonation is lively. Finishes long and biter. Overall: The apricot flavor profile really surprised me, but its a solid IPA.

Draft. Pours orangey amber with a medium off white head. Aroma and flavor are dominated by earthy, pungent, but not overly bitter hops. A lot of wet hopping? Enough malt backbone to stand up to the hops -- bready and caramel. Medium, slightly oily mouthfeel. Well done IPA.
