Decent session ipa. The nose is probably the best part of this beer with hintsof floral and citrus. Dry palate and thin mouth feel. Poured from can.

Can via trade. No date code. drank from can. Very cascade like aroma. kinda dirty citrus nose to it. no idea what it looks like. I see a little white foam in the can. Taste is initially a pungent dirty, earthy hop with some light citrus. A slightly crackery malt taste. Just short of that dusty Munich malt taste. Finishes with a peppery note in the back of the throat that I will assume is some weird hop thing. dry finish. Solid, for Alabama

Can courtesy of trade. Darker in color than most IPA’s, cloudy with a large white head. Nose is of burnt toast and spicy hops. Taste is resin that goes right to the tip of the nose, not very well balanced with the bready malt underneath. Finish is hard and leaves an off taste at the back of the throat.

Tap. Copper with small white head with nice lacing. Aroma of pine and citrus (grapefruit) hops and malt. Medium body with pine hop bitterness upfront with a light malt presence and a slight bitter finish.

Had on tap at lunch at Sa Za in Montgomery, AL- most local IPA they had. Poured a nice copper color with a thick white head that leaves decent lacing. Served at perfect IPA temp. Pretty strong hop on the nose- very citrus and some floral. Same notes on the tongue - really well balanced. Not overly hoppy- the sweet and bitter play nicely in this one. Better than I expected.

canned; courtesy of Toni Flükiger - hazy dark orange beer with a persistent head; solid hoppy aroma with notes of hemp, pine needles and peaches;a good malt backbone, juicy and very bitter; quite dry with a long fruity and resiney hoppy finish, more earthy and hempy notes

FROM NOTES: July 6, ’12 Poured from a sweet-ass can into a pint glass. A: Initially a strong hop blast with grapefruit, mango, and some floral notes with strong sweet caramel notes to balance out the nose. A: Pours a dark shade of copper with a two-finger off white head that dissipates into a full cap and leaves decent lacing. T: Very balanced on the palate, a big caramel malt presence quickly followed by citrus hops. Feels very balanced as the hops and the malts jockey for prevalence. Finishes with a bitter-sweet taste. P: Medium bodied with perfect carbonation. O: Balance is the mantra here, and any IPA from a sweet-ass can with this hop aroma is definitely worth a try, or two, or six....

The beer has a nice hazy copper color to it. The beer pours well with a nice creamy white head and great lacing on the glass. The smell is mediocre with a slight citrusy and piney smell to it, but light compared to typical IPAs. The taste is okay with a citrusy, piney flavor that lingers around. The mouthfeel is okay, you get a lingering bitterness and the beer was well carbonated. Overall, not a bad beer at all, but it didnt have anything extra to offer either. It was a typical IPA.

Poured a light clear amber with a massive foamy 3 finger head even without an aggressive pour. Really struggling to pick up much on the nose at all. Maybe a bit of citrus, bit of pine. Starts off with a bit of herbal hop flavor. A little breadiness in the middle and finishes with an unpleasant astringent earthy bitterness. Mouthfeel is a touch light for the style especially considering the deep color. Carbonation level is medium-high. Mediocre beer, but it does come in a can so that’s a plus! This kind of tastes like some of my early uneducated homebrew experiments. Not much aroma, very one dimensional un-complex beer with astringency.

12 oz can. (Liquor Express) Huntsville, AL.
Clear amber colour with a big foamy white head. Fruity hoppy aroma with moderate bitterness and sweet maltiness. Delicious. The flavour is also very nice. Sweetness and bitterness. Balanced and tasty.
