Copper in color with herbal and earthy hops being most prevalent. Light caramel flavors balance out this unique ale. Hop lovers will enjoy this unfiltered, dry-hopped IPA.

FROM NOTES: July 6, ’12 Poured from a sweet-ass can into a pint glass. A: Initially a strong hop blast with grapefruit, mango, and some floral notes with strong sweet caramel notes to balance out the nose. A: Pours a dark shade of copper with a two-finger off white head that dissipates into a full cap and leaves decent lacing. T: Very balanced on the palate, a big caramel malt presence quickly followed by citrus hops. Feels very balanced as the hops and the malts jockey for prevalence. Finishes with a bitter-sweet taste. P: Medium bodied with perfect carbonation. O: Balance is the mantra here, and any IPA from a sweet-ass can with this hop aroma is definitely worth a try, or two, or six....

The beer has a nice hazy copper color to it. The beer pours well with a nice creamy white head and great lacing on the glass. The smell is mediocre with a slight citrusy and piney smell to it, but light compared to typical IPAs. The taste is okay with a citrusy, piney flavor that lingers around. The mouthfeel is okay, you get a lingering bitterness and the beer was well carbonated. Overall, not a bad beer at all, but it didnt have anything extra to offer either. It was a typical IPA.

Poured a light clear amber with a massive foamy 3 finger head even without an aggressive pour. Really struggling to pick up much on the nose at all. Maybe a bit of citrus, bit of pine. Starts off with a bit of herbal hop flavor. A little breadiness in the middle and finishes with an unpleasant astringent earthy bitterness. Mouthfeel is a touch light for the style especially considering the deep color. Carbonation level is medium-high. Mediocre beer, but it does come in a can so that’s a plus! This kind of tastes like some of my early uneducated homebrew experiments. Not much aroma, very one dimensional un-complex beer with astringency.

Clear amber colour with a big foamy white head. Fruity hoppy aroma with moderate bitterness and sweet maltiness. Delicious. The flavour is also very nice. Sweetness and bitterness. Balanced and tasty.

Slightly hazy orange/amber colored pour. Big, soapy, off-white head. Plenty of lacing as it slowly fades. Big hop aroma with some malt and earthiness. Taste is malty sweet, with some diacetyl butteryness. Bitter with a nice hop presence. Not bad. Too buttery in the finish for my tastes though.

Poured from a can. Hazy gold with a big, white head. Feint, hoppy aroma. Hoppy with a little citrus in the taste. ---Rated via Beer Buddy for iPhone

I am fairly certain I had this brew a couple years ago. I was much more impressed with the can I drank today. Pours amber with white head. Scent is piney and citrusy. Flavor has excellent balance of bitter to sweet with great front to back transition between the two. Light- Medium body that is appropriately carbonated. Can - Filet & Vine - Montgomery, AL

7/27/13. 12oz can from Piggly Wiggly. Drank in the shower before Bill’s wedding. Damn right. Amber pour, small khaki head. Light citrus, hints of caramel and pine. Not bad.
