Wow, what a generic looking can. Next-to-last of my notes from last year’s DLD, where I got in TWO Alabama beers. Pours with a surprisingly dark brown color. Not a lot of foam, but then I’m at the bottom of the glass. Dry-hopping gives this a definite American Pale Ale slant, and helps make it tasty. The can has set for a while. But it’s still very decent, and I can find an English hop backbone.

12 oz can in Alabama The IPA was a gift from a friend while fishing at Dream Lake. The IPA poured a clear to hazy amber with an off white head and lacing. The aroma and taste of grapefruit rind was present. The ale had a medium body with average carbonation. The taste also had floral hops and pine. Quiet bitterness grows into the swallow for a clean, gentle finish.

Can. Pours a golden brown from the can with dissipating off-white head. Aroma is floral resinous funky hops with a nice caramel pale malt back. Taste is more towards the hoppy note with just a hint of maltiness. Good, well rounded IPA.

Draft @ Sheraton BHM. Slightly floral hoppy aroma. Nice golden color with a white head. Good lacing. Taste is a little floral, a little citrus, very drinkable. Medium bodied with good carbonation. Overall a very pleasant IPA.

Mine smells great with floral and tropical notes. Juicy mouthfeel and rich taste of caramel and citrus. Caramel in the nose too. Attractive orange color.

Poured a copper orange color from a fresh can in Al, aromas of pine, citrus and feint grass. Flavors were light malt with some citrus and pine backbone, light bitter aftertaste a solid IPA overall.

Decent IPA but something's missing. A bit heavy for an IPA. Bitter hops that lingers on the end. Decent dark golden color.

Poured into a shaker glass, a golden orange color with an ample white head that dissipated quickly to thin white layer that is continuously hangs on the top due to the strong carbonation. The aroma was fruit with a grapefruit taste. The bitterness was consistent with IPAs but not overpowering.
