Wow, what a generic looking can. Next-to-last of my notes from last yearís DLD, where I got in TWO Alabama beers. Pours with a surprisingly dark brown color. Not a lot of foam, but then Iím at the bottom of the glass. Dry-hopping gives this a definite American Pale Ale slant, and helps make it tasty. The can has set for a while. But itís still very decent, and I can find an English hop backbone.

Peachy stonefruit aromas, white grapes, lightly tropical. Hazy light orange with a mostly lasting, small white head. Mostly dry, fruity hop flavors. Light-medium bodied.

12oz can. Pours clear light copper in color. Aroma of grass, citrus, grain, floral. Flavor of floral, citrus, herbs. A good, easy drinking IPA that isnít pushing the boundaries much. A slightly calm IPA, but still very easy to drink with a great taste.

Pours an orange amber color with a sticky foam head that laces my glass. A nice hop aroma, some spice, earthy, and pine scents. There is a citrus grapefruit scent to it with a good malty backbone. Tasting I picked up on a medium bitterness, crisp sugary malted grains, citrus flavor, and booze. Overall a good ipa.

12 oz can in Alabama The IPA was a gift from a friend while fishing at Dream Lake. The IPA poured a clear to hazy amber with an off white head and lacing. The aroma and taste of grapefruit rind was present. The ale had a medium body with average carbonation. The taste also had floral hops and pine. Quiet bitterness grows into the swallow for a clean, gentle finish.
