This classic American Pale Ale is is floral to the nose and flavorful to the mouth. 2 - row, 5 specialty malts, and just the slap right amount of Cascade hops makes our pale ale just a shade short of perfect. Grab some and tell us what you think. Surely to be one of your new favorites.

On tap at Halftime Sports Bar in Auburn. A bit more hoppy than I thought it would be, although it was a little thin in the palate for my taste, especially for an ale. Easy-drinking, but nothing special.

On tap at Good People, BHM airport. Sweet caramel with some citrusy esters akin to an English ale fermentation, faint butterscotch, and pine and strawberry (Centennial?) hops accents. Hazy copper under lacy, white wisps. Balanced sweet caramel and assertive bitterness with a touch of dark crystal malt dried fruit in the finish. Slightly resinous pine hops plus citrus and low butterscotch. Medium full body, medium high carbonation, fairly crisp.

On tap @ Good People. A bit of a burnt orange color to the beer with some white foam. Has a good bit of floral and citrusy hop character to it. Slight grass and pine bitterness to the flavor. Quite a bit of bready and toasty malts, too. Maybe a little bit more caramel than I normally like. Maybe a touch low in terms of carbonation.

12oz can, thanks to shrubber85. Illegible code stamp on the bottom of the can. Can foams a bit upon opening. Hazy slightly darker orange color. Bigger kind of airy off-white head. Leaves good webs of lace. Nose is a bit stale smelling up front, was worried this may be older... but flavor isn’t bad. Pretty nice biscuity malt, some bubblegum, and floral hop. Some pepperiness, mild funk. Moderate plus bitter taste, milder sweet.. Light slick body, but more dry finish. Medium body. Lighter to moderate carbonation, pleasant mild effervescence. Surprisingly nice. Good one to enjoy with my sandwich.

12 oz. can from shrubber85 - thanks again, Roger! Pours a mostly clear orange with a huge, frothy off-white head that settles unevenly and leaves heavy lace in the glass. Notes of caramel, grass, leaves, orange citrus, sugars, tea, and paper. Light-bodied, with medium to high carbonation and a bitter, malty, leafy mouthfeel. So-so APA.

Refrigerated 12 oz. aluminum can from shrubber82 poured into a glass. Hazy Amber with medium white head. Aroma is grassy hops, medium body, medium carbonation, and pretty good lacing. Taste is herbal hops, grassy hops, and bitter finish. A fair amount of taste, but not my thing.

On tap at Bonnaroo, Brooers Tent. Really a perfect summer festival beer. Light and easy to drink in the hot sun yet still flavorful.

12 oz can at Dream lake in Alabama The APA poured a cloudy amber color with an off white frothy head. The nose detects grapefruit rind. The taste was full of hop bitterness balanced with caramel malts. The medium body ale had average carbonation. Hop bitterness builds into the finish for a clean, dry, tidy swallow.
