COMMERCIAL DESCRIPTION
This classic American Pale Ale is is floral to the nose and flavorful to the mouth. 2 - row, 5 specialty malts, and just the slap right amount of Cascade hops makes our pale ale just a shade short of perfect. Grab some and tell us what you think. Surely to be one of your new favorites.

On tap at Halftime Sports Bar in Auburn. A bit more hoppy than I thought it would be, although it was a little thin in the palate for my taste, especially for an ale. Easy-drinking, but nothing special.

12 oz can at Dream lake in Alabama The APA poured a cloudy amber color with an off white frothy head. The nose detects grapefruit rind. The taste was full of hop bitterness balanced with caramel malts. The medium body ale had average carbonation. Hop bitterness builds into the finish for a clean, dry, tidy swallow.

12 oz can. Misty orange with a puffy white head. Nose is dough, clementines and grass. Fluffy medium body with a carb tickle. Taste is grain, grass, faint brown sugar and citrus pith finishing with cracked pepper and dried pineapple. Reminds me of a hoppy pilsner.
