Draft from a cask at J. Clyde. Pours a hazy golden with a big frothy head that leaves behind some nice lacing. Aroma is wheat, cloves, banana, some bubble gum, and some earthy, spicy, citrusy hops. Flavor follows aroma. A really nice balance between the Belgian and hoppy elements. Had to have a second pint to make sure! Medium body, silky texture from the cask. A great beer and it’s for a great cause: the good folks at Good People have promised a new cask every Sunday for a year to raise money for tornado/storm relief in Alabama. Another great reason to drink locally.
