COMMERCIAL DESCRIPTION
Fermented at 20°C this true cloudy Pale Ale has an upfront fruity note, subtle malty notes from Pale and Wheat Malt while being late hopped with UK Fuggles to give the brew a hint of spice.

Pours golden/amber with a persistent head. Aroma is lacking in both hops and malt. There’s a faint earthy note and some light, sweet peach, with a hint of cookie-dough-like malt in the background, but that’ss really stretching it. Similar flavours: light peach, sweet honey and cookie-dough. Not quite so faint as the aromas... Too much carbonation.

This was a pretty good pale ale. Pretty typical of the lighter style that is happening in Australia at the moment. A light fruit aroma from the hops, clean and light palate. Refreshing but not too exciting.

Fairly mediocre light pale ale. A touch of caramel and touch of fruit. Meh nothing special.

Bottle 330ml. Very interesting beer. Aromas of apricot, and honey. Taste is sweet, with bitter notes. Palate is oily, with a thin-to-medium body. Dark yellow, with a frothy white head.

Bottle. Clear pale amber with an inch of white head. High bead. Very modest apple and pear aroma with some earthy hops. Gentle taste has some spice upfront, orchard fruits and peaches, light caramel, some earth and a little sourness. Subtle flavours combined with high carbonation doesn’t work, but it was OK after I swirled away the bubbles.

330ml bottle. Soft and crisp white head of foam with a slight haze to the amber colour that looks solid enough. Malt aromas dominate with a hint of sweetness. Lively in the mouth with good texture and smooth mouthfeel. Flavour is well balanced and there is a moderate level of bitterness.

Pours a nice golden amber with slightly rocky white head. Persistent lacing. Aromas are not huge but there is some earthy spiceness in the hops and yeast.. No real malt on the nose. Falvours show some more of the earthy tones and there is a little malt sweetness. Finish is mildly bitter. Not too bad. Pours golden/amber with a persistent head. Aroma is lacking in both hops and malt. There’s a faint earthy note and some light, sweet peach, with a hint of cookie-dough-like malt in the background, but that’ss really stretching it. Serious carbonation, took a long time to pour. It sure helps the head retention though. Anyway, this is a fairly competent Coopers Pale Ale lookalike, only sweeter and thicker. Fairly subtle on all fronts, dull sweetness, pear and glue esters, very little hop, but good and drinkable. Make sense in a winegrowing region I suppose, but not the kind of thing to excite the geek crowd. About 1000x better than their diacetyltastic pilsner.

Carbonation medium to strong head good size but back to mild lace cover good aroma some grain and fruity hops a near yeast note flavour nice malty grain taste first up followed by a hop charge of fruit not much bitter to talk of but no fault in the ale it self which has a very good morishing blend of tastes at the finish fruit hop and grain and a dash of woodyness in therefor body good aftertastes nice ale
