2.7 AROMA 6/10 APPEARANCE 3/5 TASTE 5/10 PALATE 3/5 OVERALL 10/20 bluevegie (2930) - Perth, AUSTRALIA - MAY 17, 2011
A bit dark in colour for a pilsener, grains on the aroma and taste, nothing special and a little too sweet for me to like it.
2.7 AROMA 5/10 APPEARANCE 3/5 TASTE 5/10 PALATE 3/5 OVERALL 11/20 Stew41 (1458) - Woodend, AUSTRALIA - FEB 8, 2011
Solid enough (I guess). There’s a layer of sweetness through the palate that I can’t quite place - a bit macro and silly - but it sharpens a touch on the finish. Not particularly hoppy or bitter but I guess Pilsners can have a wide interpretation re style.
3.4 AROMA 7/10 APPEARANCE 2/5 TASTE 7/10 PALATE 4/5 OVERALL 14/20 TimE (2068) - Tokyo, JAPAN - DEC 19, 2010
Pale golden color. Grassy nose, a touch of biscuit in the body with excellent amount of hops to balance things out. Moderately aggressive bitter finish. Nice.
3.2 AROMA 6/10 APPEARANCE 4/5 TASTE 6/10 PALATE 4/5 OVERALL 12/20 madquacker (867) - Canberra ACT, AUSTRALIA - OCT 16, 2010
Good depth with a orange rusty tinge. Sweet but with flatness in the end. Very drinkable.
3 AROMA 5/10 APPEARANCE 2/5 TASTE 6/10 PALATE 3/5 OVERALL 14/20 hawthorne00 (1439) - Melbourne, AUSTRALIA - OCT 1, 2010
Bottle. Somewhat dirty amber with a medium white head. High bead. Aroma has some honey and grain and an odd hop note for a pils - some earth and spice but also some grapefruit and resin. Taste has some sweet and quite fruity caramel with a rather citrus and resin bitterness. Not very pils-like at all (I would have guessed this an APA) - it’s rather sweet and the hops whilst prominent in the smell don’t lend enough bitterness. But it’s rather tasty.
2.5 AROMA 5/10 APPEARANCE 3/5 TASTE 5/10 PALATE 3/5 OVERALL 9/20 mkel07 (1811) - Brisbane, AUSTRALIA - JUL 24, 2010
330ml bottle. Huge deep head forms when poured into the glass. Dirty white and sits for a while. Clean honey colour with some citrus notes coming through. Fills the mouth and leaves a medicinal aftertaste. Not quite unpleasant.
3.3 AROMA 6/10 APPEARANCE 3/5 TASTE 7/10 PALATE 3/5 OVERALL 14/20 bluebetty (881) - AUSTRALIA - APR 27, 2010
Bottle. Pours a golden amber with rocky white head. Disappears pretty quickly leaving some lacing. Clean aromas of sweet biscuity malt and fresh grass. Nice but a little too subtle. Flavour is initial quite sweet followed by hop bitterness on the finish. Nice beer

2.9 AROMA 7/10 APPEARANCE 3/5 TASTE 5/10 PALATE 3/5 OVERALL 11/20 Davros (1024) - Melbourne, AUSTRALIA - APR 23, 2010
Pours amber with a small head.
Nose shows sweet floral noble hops with sweet biscuity malt in the background. Quite authentic, very pleasant.
Flavours are very similar, but too sweet for a pilsner. Lots of honey notes. Not really refreshing, rather cloying.
Too muuch carbonation. Mind you, at least that dries it out a little.
