On tap. Pours a pleasant opac golden orange with a thin dense head that laces perfectly. Very nice citrus, hop nose with hints of pine and dry grass. Crisp clean dry hop attack with a slow dry finish.

Pours honey in color with a good sized head. Good retention and lace. Great nose of sweet malt with big pine and grapefruit. Medium sweet flavor with a cereal/grainy mid-palate. Medium body, average carbonation, dry-creamy texture, and a hoppy, oily, dry-bitter finish.

On tap @ Olaf’s. Pours heavily clouded pale orange with thin white head. Aroma is sweet caramel malt and a bit of floral hops. Taste is clean nutty caramel malt followed quickly by big hops: piney, citrusy, earthy, and bitter. Bitterness fades easily to clean finish. The opaque appearance and lacking aroma make are throwing me a bit, but this is still tasty.

Can from 16 Tons, Eugene. I’ve also had the bottle and draft, wanted to make sure that canning wasn’t taking anything away form the beer. Not indeed; this is a lovely beer. Pours a slightly cloudy golden orange, aroma is very floral. Body is medium, very lively, finish a bit on the abrupt side. Not really much bitterness, perhaps even a bit of sweetness. Very drinkable, especially for the IBUs and ABV.

Light amber color with a nice large head. Aroma of pine needles and hops. Bitter mostly with some sweet malts. Good but not terribly memorable.

Orange pour. Nose and taste are tropical fruit puree, balance of malts and piney hops bring forward the frutiness. PNW IPA’s don’t seem to be my style but this was well done.

Cloudy orange color. Medium body with flat low carbonation. High bitter hop presence. Finish is more carbonated than initial sip. Slight grapefruit and citrusy hops. way too flat if this is how it always is.
