Poured from can to glass. Honey hue with creamy white head that dissipated to a ring. Aroma is melon, pine, papaya, strawberry, grass. Mouthfeel is great with a medium body and zesty carbonation. Taste is dry sweetness initially with a nice strong hop bitterness following that extends into the finish. Overall this is a really nice fruity IPA.

From the can, bitch. Orange with a sticky white head. Nose is fruits, grapefruit, mango, peach, and some evident pines. Flavor is some caramels, bread sweetness, with a punchy bitterness. Really nice IPA with solid fruits.

IslandHaole (1228) - Mililani, Hawaii, USA - OCT 5, 2015
Scent of the candied lemon peels used for making fruit cakes, piney hops. Massive rocky off-white head sits atop a hazy deep gold brew. Great balance, really good job to the lads at GoodLife! Sweet malts, sugar cookie dough with a good citrus/pine resin hop bitterness. Alcohol well masked, easy drinking, not overly complex but still very good.

Orange pour. Nose and taste are tropical fruit puree, balance of malts and piney hops bring forward the frutiness. PNW IPAís donít seem to be my style but this was well done.

Pours a golden color with a foamy, white head that stays forever. Nose is somewhat fruity: citrus with light pine notes. Taste is sweet with a distinct hop bite. Well balanced. Medium body; moderate carbonation. Quite good beer.
