Stately bronze bodied and crowned with a creamy, airy beige foam. Fresh floral hop aroma--the hop pellet dust and hop resins is almost palpable. Strong chinook, and perhaps centennial and crystal hop flavors. Really thick hoppy component--very pelletized body. Powerful.

Enjoyed this IPA. It’s bold and bitter, yet it’s got some nice nips of caramel sweetness and toasty bread crust to complement. Hop notes are loaded with dank pine and grapefruit rind. Tangerine burps added a nice touch.

Draft at The Yard in Seattle. Gorgeous smooth copper orange, creamy head. Perfumey pine nose, smooth big bitter citrus. Smooth like pliny, great citrus IPA. Wonderfully put together

ours orange/amber with off-white foamy head, lots of lacing on the glass (snifter). Hop aroma of oranges, pine resin. Taste is sharp and tart, hops up front, malt on the finish. Smooth with a little edge.

On tap at Ellensburg Pasta Co. Classic medium amber with a dense sandy cored head. Lots of grapefruit hoppiness in the aroma with a mild biscuity malt character as well. Flavor is near ideal. Big fresh citrus hops and just enough sweet light malts to compliment. Moderately bitter but so tasty. Creamy soft palate and easy on be carbonation. Very nice !

This was poured into a nonic pint glass. The appearance was a nice looking hazy burnt orange color with a one finger white foamy head that dissipated within less than a minute leaving some light lacing roaming all about. The smell started off with a big burst of citrus hops running over light piney notes and then a slight floral setting balances within. The taste copied the smell to have a nice bittersweet burst of hops to malts, nicely balanced. A light piney to citrus aftertaste leads into a refined sweet citrus finish. On the palate, this one sat about a light to medium on the body with a nice sessionability about it. Carbonation feels right for an AIPA - slightly back to allow the hops to take the lead on the bitterness and harshness on my tongue. Overall, I say this was a pretty good AIPA that I would have again.

Can: Citrus and piney aroma, lightly sweet. The pour is a dirty orange and yellow with a ridiculously large sandy head. Really nice hops flavor, citrus and pine. Sweet with minimal bitterness. Light bits of lingering floral hops.

UPDATED: AUG 4, 2012 Pint at H50, the bar in Hotel 50. Good aroma, sweet, piney, orange. Clean brownish orange color. Bitter flavor. Medium body smooth creamy mouthfeel, bitterdry finish. Good ipa, hits all the marks, good aroma, nice bite in flavor and on finish.

Can thanks to my summer secret santa. Pours a mostly clear, golden orange color with a small foamy head that lingers nicely. Interesting aroma. Overripe oranges, pine, tropical fruit, and biscuits. Tastes more sweet than bitter. Fairly juicy. Orange juice and pineapple. Some pine in the finish. Pretty nice IPA but I can’t help but think there’s too much residual sugar here. I feel like this is close to being awesome.
