Enjoyed this IPA. It’s bold and bitter, yet it’s got some nice nips of caramel sweetness and toasty bread crust to complement. Hop notes are loaded with dank pine and grapefruit rind. Tangerine burps added a nice touch.

Sample at the Tap House Grill in Seattle. Hazy dark amber pour with a medium fluffy ivory white head that recedes slowly. Sheet of lacing on the glass. The aroma consists of floral hops, fruit and malt. Medium-bodied with a moderately bitter hops character that has floral and citrus notes, plus some bready malt in the background. The finish is hoppy with a citrusy aftertaste. Above average overall.

Wow. Outstanding new brewery pumping out quality. Pours amber. Delicious fruity grapefruit citrus as expected, along with earthy, bready malt tones. I have no idea how they got this one to taste like the dusty pine and juniper mountain bike trails, but they did. Delicious. That was the description from everyone at my table. Keep it up -- Do we even need to say that the atmosphere of this place is Bend as it should be??

Pours honey in color with a good sized head. Good retention and lace. Great nose of sweet malt with big pine and grapefruit. Medium sweet flavor with a cereal/grainy mid-palate. Medium body, average carbonation, dry-creamy texture, and a hoppy, oily, dry-bitter finish.
