On cask at Cloisters. Pours a light golden colour with a thick white head. Aroma of caramel, yeast and biscuity malt. Similar flavours with mild carbonation and a foamy mouth-feel. A little thin with a yeasty finish.

Clear medium to dark yellow color with a small to average, fizzy, good lacing, mostly diminishing, off-white to white head. Aroma is moderate malty, grain, toasted, honey, light to moderate hoppy, flowers. Flavor is moderate sweet and bitter with a average duration.
