Comments: Straightforward and mostly bland golden ale.

On cask at Cloisters. Pours a light golden colour with a thick white head. Aroma of caramel, yeast and biscuity malt. Similar flavours with mild carbonation and a foamy mouth-feel. A little thin with a yeasty finish.

[cask at Cloisters Bar, Edinburgh] Clear straw yellow, decent white head. Aroma of faint dry grass. Extremely gentle grassy hop flavour. Pale and very mild. Not offensive but could do with a little more of everything [25042012]

Cask @ GBBF 2009. Pours a clear golden color with a small white head. Has a fruity malty weak citrus hoppy aroma. Fruity malty slightly grainy flavor with hoppy citrus hints. Has a fruity malty hoppy bitter finish.

Sour smell. Clear golden yellow with thin head. Bitter vanilla flavour. Smooth on palate with bitter aftertaste. Not great

Clear medium to dark yellow color with a small to average, fizzy, good lacing, mostly diminishing, off-white to white head. Aroma is moderate malty, grain, toasted, honey, light to moderate hoppy, flowers. Flavor is moderate sweet and bitter with a average duration. Body is medium, texture is oily, carbonation is soft to flat. [20090806]

Golden with a small white head. Aroma of apple with a little citrus. Dry apple fruity flavour with citrus

Cask@GBBF 2009. Golden color, small white head. Hayish hoppy nose. Cut grass hoppy, honeyish flavor. Grapefruity aftertaste.

Cask@GBBF2009. Golden colour, small white head. Aroma is vanilla, wood, some fruits, mild floral hops as well as some earth. Flavour is quite much the same. Aftertaste has a quite bittery fruityness.

Cask at Cloisters edinburgh ... Light hazy yellow ... Zesty lemon peel ... very lemony hop ... very soft mouthfeel ... medium level bitter linger.
