COMMERCIAL DESCRIPTION
Like the digits suggest, it’s a beer that’s densely populated with flavor and loaded with character. We don’t filter it, so none of its life and soul is stripped away. The first thing you notice is the hazy, cloudy appearance. That’s how you know it’s unfiltered. What hits you next is the spicy aroma of Cascade hops, followed by the crispy, fruity ale flavor delivered in a smooth, creamy body, the result of blending barley malt with torrified wheat. It’s not like any other Goose Island Beer, but no less that you’d expect.

Draught. This is a limp wheat without much to really make it stand out. I would give it a miss.

Lys klar gul med tynt hvitt skum. Hvete, honning og sitruslukt. Sitrus litt sitron i smak. Lite bitter, medium søt og medio kullsyre.

Horribly disappointing brew. Flavor is non-existant just like the aroma. Pour is weak with no head whatsoever.

No noticeable aroma. Very pale aspect. Almost like pale lager with a lemon hue. Some caramel, a bit of citrics and no palate. Or rather short, again reminding a pale lager. On tap somewhere in NYC.

Poured hazy gold. Had a little bit of a piney scent and taste to it kinda like a baby IPA.

Bottle at O’Neills Wimbledon. Strangest fake slightly cardboard nose which smells like it should come in a can. Hazy yellow in colour, white lace. Weird wheat flavour with yet more of "Keith Lemon" - just weird, annoying and hairy... Bad

12oz Bottle. The pour was a hazy golden yellow with an average (1-2 finger) white creamy head that steadily receded, down to a thin wispy film with a small collar and possessed fair streaky lacing. The aroma was of a light grain malt, floral hops and a sweaty yeast with a note of citrus (lemon) and just a bit of spice (coriander I believe). The taste was lightly sweet and citrusy throughout, progressing with a mild yeast presence and a lightly bitter spicy ending. The flavor however was short lived, fading from the taste buds in a matter of a minute or so, leaving behind mildly spicy bitterness which did not last much longer. Mouthfeel was light in body with a creamy, dry texture and a carbonation that just surpassed medium in intensity. Overall this was a pretty decent Wheat Ale, tasty and refreshing with a lightly bitter aftertaste. Although I feel it could have had a stronger yeast presence to round it out… www.facebook.com/KAJIIsBeerReviews

12oz bottle. Pours a clear pale yellow color with a frothy white head. The aromas were weak but slightly hoppy. Some light summer wheat scent was present but not much else. The taste was crisp and clean with a wheat bread maltiness and a bit of piney hops. Very easy and sessionable but not substantial.

Pours clear yellow until the bottom of the bottle. Then a swirly haze hits the glass. Really neat looking. Aroma is wheat and spicy yeast. Flavor is tame. Nothing really there. Thin body. Easy drinking ale but lacks some of the qualities of a good wheat ale.
