Like the digits suggest, itís a beer thatís densely populated with flavor and loaded with character. We donít filter it, so none of its life and soul is stripped away. The first thing you notice is the hazy, cloudy appearance. Thatís how you know itís unfiltered. What hits you next is the spicy aroma of Cascade hops, followed by the crispy, fruity ale flavor delivered in a smooth, creamy body, the result of blending barley malt with torrified wheat. Itís not like any other Goose Island Beer, but no less that youíd expect.

Aroma is floral hops. Flavor is similar, with some citrus fruit. Not much to this beer but not bad for drinking for refreshment.

22oz bomber. I couldnít help but try one of these eventually. As my nickname is Blaze312 it seemed like a good idea. Pours a watery piss yellow color. Little head that eventually disappears. Aroma is wheat and slight hops. Taste is very comparable.

UPDATED: MAY 28, 2013 (Re-rate) 12 oz. bottle. Weird to see "Goose Island, Fort Collins, CO" on the label now. This is everywhere now and will be even more places when they start rolling out new area codes. Pours a somewhat cloudy gold color with a medium white head. Aroma of wheat, citrus, sweet dough, and mild spice. Flavor is the same, albeit without a hint of any spice. Just wheat and citrus. Very light. Moderate carbonation, some sweetness. When Iím at a wedding or ballgame and have limited options, this will do just fine.

Bottle at Monks Sveavagen, Stockholm. Pours hazy golden with a white wet head. Wheat and light spicy aroma. Wheat flavour, uncomplicated smooth mouthfeel. Good for this warm summers day

An OK golden ale - nondescript. Doesnít make itself known as a wheat beer - very light esters and a bit of sweetness, but no strong character. Drinkable, but forgettable.

Come on, this was not cloudy, nor did I detect Cascade hops. I must have had a different 312.

Pours bright golden with a 2-inch white head that settles slowly. The ale has a very slight haze and the haze aside, looks like a pilsner. The lacing is very modest. Hints of hops in the nose. Light on the palate. Light body. An unexpected, and to me undesirable after-taste. The unpleasant, but yet unidentified aftertaste lingers. Fortunately, the after taste is light as well. Carbonation is moderate. The wheat characteristics are barely perceptible. This is a light ale and may appeal to many for that reason. I find it a decent summer, quaffing beer, but wish it had more to offer than the pervasive lightness (carbonation, nose, body, and flavor).

a hazy gold beer under a medium sized sudsy white head. palate is light and crisp with a good bit of tingly carbonation. a typical, fairly tasteless, american wheat. not hopped up or anything. they stuck with the textbook here.

12oz bottle today at Brickskellar, one of the few beers I knew I hadnít had. Pours yellow with a bright white ring. Nose is sweet, wheaty, and light. Taste was sweet, light and just ok.
