Like the digits suggest, itís a beer thatís densely populated with flavor and loaded with character. We donít filter it, so none of its life and soul is stripped away. The first thing you notice is the hazy, cloudy appearance. Thatís how you know itís unfiltered. What hits you next is the spicy aroma of Cascade hops, followed by the crispy, fruity ale flavor delivered in a smooth, creamy body, the result of blending barley malt with torrified wheat. Itís not like any other Goose Island Beer, but no less that youíd expect.

Appearance: light golden yellow; mild haze; starts with big fluffy white head, but dissipates quicker than it should Aroma: light wheat character; slight malt presence; very marginal hop presence by way of citrus Flavor: moderate, refreshing wheat; very light malt sweetness faint in the background; slightly crisp on an above-average finish Mouthfeel: medium-light body; medium-high carbonation Overall: not an attention grabber, but within the wheat category, this is definitely better than a "2.77" beer

Overall, not a bad beer. I donít tend to drink wheat beers much, so I donít have much to compare it against. Biggest strike against it might be that the hops do most of the talking, which is not exactly what youíd expect in a wheat ale.

1st rating - I really liked this beer. Not the best aroma, but it went down smooth. Kind of citrus taste. Quite enjoyable.

Draught. Pours a hazy golden color with a medium foamy white head. Nose of wheat, yeast, fruits, little banana. Initial taste of mild wheat, citrus, banana. Watery body, belove average palate duration, too simple one dimensional not challenged wheat ale. Average head retention and light body. Overall not impressed.

Aroma is a little lemon grass, some light bready yeast, and a touch of spice, very faint banana.Flavor is subtle, light wheat malt, some faint citrus fruit, bubblegum and a little bready yeast, some sort of light spice notes but all very balanced and subtle. Very drinkable, a geed summer and session brew.
