COMMERCIAL DESCRIPTION
Like the digits suggest, itís a beer thatís densely populated with flavor and loaded with character. We donít filter it, so none of its life and soul is stripped away. The first thing you notice is the hazy, cloudy appearance. Thatís how you know itís unfiltered. What hits you next is the spicy aroma of Cascade hops, followed by the crispy, fruity ale flavor delivered in a smooth, creamy body, the result of blending barley malt with torrified wheat. Itís not like any other Goose Island Beer, but no less that youíd expect.

This was a great beer. Had it on tap, actually, had about 3 of them on tap :) . The taste of this beer was very new to goose island standards, pale, not as harsh as the other GI flavors. went down smooth with a nutty and fruity taste, the aftertaste was actually really good! Best part- its from chicago!!

This was listed as a hefeweizen at the bar, but it didnít have the full knack of a hefe. It does have a good bit of phenolics in it, like a witbier without the spicing. Big wheat character, though. Light and spritzy. Not bad.

One of my new favorite wheat ales. The hint of citrus flavor was a welcomed surprise.

Too clear for my tastes. Crisp and slight citris flavor if you try. Best served cold on a hot day since flavor doesnít get better as beer gets warmer.

Light golden clear color with no appreciable head. Aromas of very sweet malt, banana, and bubblegum??. The taste, as noted by others, is nearly nonexistent... There are flavors of citrus, light sweet malt, and perhaps a touch of hops. This is far too light on the palate - It is more like drinking carbonated water than beer. Not my favorite.

Draft. Light color. Little head. Tastes watered down. Not like any other goose island beer because it is maybe the most boring. Tastes watered down. I would skip this one but it is not too expensive.

Golden and hazy with little head. Aroma of hops. Has the flavor of hops but not much of it. Very little flavor.

Pours a light yellow with tiny particles in suspension and a small, frothy, off-white head that diminishes. This one is pretty clear for a wheat. The nose is sweet wheat malt and yeastiness. The mouthfeel is light and thin with a clean, smooth finish. Sweeter than most American wheats that I have tried, the flavor is light honey and wheat with a faint citrus in the the finish. A decent American wheat, and one that I wouldnít mind seeing at a family BBQ.

Massive head, and a bold yellow appearance. Wonderful aroma, almost apricot-like, very much wheat. Iím a little underwhelmed by the flavor, but itís still good; itís a wheat beer thatís smooth, for the most part. Perhaps I poured it improperly resulting in the large head that made it a little difficult to drink. Either way, I will very likely try this beer again sometime, and Iíd recommend it to others too!

On tap. Nose was slightly of citrus. Not much going on. Unfortunately, this carried over to the taste. Very watery mouthfeel. I was surprised this beer was made by Goose Island. Almost a sad attempt by a micro brew at something that would appeal to the mainstream pale lager taste....but not be a pale lager. Shame on Goose Island and shame on this beer. Not worth drinking again!
