Like the digits suggest, itís a beer thatís densely populated with flavor and loaded with character. We donít filter it, so none of its life and soul is stripped away. The first thing you notice is the hazy, cloudy appearance. Thatís how you know itís unfiltered. What hits you next is the spicy aroma of Cascade hops, followed by the crispy, fruity ale flavor delivered in a smooth, creamy body, the result of blending barley malt with torrified wheat. Itís not like any other Goose Island Beer, but no less that youíd expect.

Cloudy golden color, dry and flat tasting, watery. Finish is thin and dry. I expected more.

A solid wheat ale. It has a lemony flavor to it on its own (I donít like to squeeze fruit juices in my wheat ales as a rule), nice head and lacing. It pours hazy golden. The aroma is mostly of lemon - I couldnít smell anything like wheat, though. Nice carbonation and refreashing, cleansing, dry aftertaste. Not watery at all, rather it has a good medium-bodied mouthfeel.

Poured into a 1/2 liter wheat glass expecting little head formation. Pours yellow with intense carbonation and a thick white head that diminishes quickly. Only slightly cloudly, mostly clear. Aroma of citrus and Cascade hops with hints of coriander and clove. Cereal grainy taste. Cardboard malt and wheat finish. Typical American wheat beer. No yeast flavor at all. Mouthfeel is watery and only lightly carbonated. Smells MUCH better than it tastes. Hops save what could be a bad beer, making this drinkable, but not good. A dissapointment from Goose Island.

I usually like a lot of Goose Islandís products, such as their Hex Nut and their IPA. Not this though. terrible. Tastes like water. I literally think there are el cheapo domestics that are better than this.

Lightly hazed straw color with a moderate foamy white head. HInts of wheat and malt which yield to the signature pine and citrus cascade hops. Smells much more like a light APA than a wheat of any nature. Lightly grainy and full light citrus flavors. Light and spritzy in feel. Sweet finish that contributes to a lack of quenching ability. Actually a more interesting american wheat.

Poured out a hazy BMC looking pour with tiny ring of white fizzy bubbles as its head. Nose is bigger on hops than a BMC for sure, actually its quite hoppy in general. Flavor is full of hop and wheat. Plus some slight fruit n dough. A bit on the watery side, but on a nice hot summer day what more could you want in a beer?

Bottle. Poured a fairly clear yellow. Quickly dissapating head, no lacing. Aromas of faint fruit, peach-like. Sweet maltyness with a crisp hoppy bite. Didnít remind me of any wheat Iíve ever had. More like a kolsch, or sommat. Not bad though, a real quencher.

Pours a mildly cloudy piss yellow with a fizzy white head. Aroma of husks and c-hops. Flavor is mildly sweet med. sour with a very mild citrus twang. Med. light body. No real bitternesss. I hate American Wheats. Can I get an Amen from the congregation!
