COMMERCIAL DESCRIPTION
Like the digits suggest, it’s a beer that’s densely populated with flavor and loaded with character. We don’t filter it, so none of its life and soul is stripped away. The first thing you notice is the hazy, cloudy appearance. That’s how you know it’s unfiltered. What hits you next is the spicy aroma of Cascade hops, followed by the crispy, fruity ale flavor delivered in a smooth, creamy body, the result of blending barley malt with torrified wheat. It’s not like any other Goose Island Beer, but no less that you’d expect.

Bottle. Hazy golden color, thin white head. Wheaty aroma. Sweet, malty flavor with a sugary finish. Medium body, medium carbonation. Nah.

Bottle: Sunshine-y yellow body, hazy & seemingly unfiltered with a bone-white head that doesn’t last for very long. Aroma is generically wheat beer-ish, with notes of soft wheat, bread, moderate lemon & orange zest, & a very light tingle of grassy & floral hops in the finish. Taste is full of more wheat, baked bread, clumpy yeast, light citrus peel, a touch of stale hop character, & a faint hint of some type of spice... Hard to identify... I want to say clove or mint, but it doesn’t really taste like either. Overall, not a bad beer... but severely generic & it doesn’t really excel in any one aspect of the game.

Decent beer. Nice summer beer. After taste isn't ideal to me. Color is good and clear. The addition of a lemon helps.

Tåget gul, lille hvidt skum. Aroma: sødlig malt. Ganske anonym smag, nærmest vandet indtryk. Meget kort eftersmag, højst lidt syrlighed. Øh...

312 is overall a very average wheat ale. Aroma, appearance, pallet and taste all offer nothing special.

Poured from a tap. Slightly cloudy light golden color, minimal white head. Not much of a nose. Very light watery somewhat bread like flavor with a very boring finish. ---Rated via Beer Buddy for iPhone

aroma is distant as far an orange is browned, but, ahh this taste of it. is far away and gone since I was told when I came across it, there is to be no more of it.

Tasted from a 12oz. bottle. It poured a clear golden yellow with good carbonation and a white, bubbly, quickly dissipating head. Moderate aroma and taste of wheat and malt.
