Like the digits suggest, itís a beer thatís densely populated with flavor and loaded with character. We donít filter it, so none of its life and soul is stripped away. The first thing you notice is the hazy, cloudy appearance. Thatís how you know itís unfiltered. What hits you next is the spicy aroma of Cascade hops, followed by the crispy, fruity ale flavor delivered in a smooth, creamy body, the result of blending barley malt with torrified wheat. Itís not like any other Goose Island Beer, but no less that youíd expect.

Bottled, 355ml from Tesco in Banbury. Cloudy straw colour with white head. Well, I didnít consider it to be densely populated with flavor (sic) and loaded with character. It was on the thin side, there was a light lemonade note, sweet, some graininess. Not much to go on, a little disappointing.

Pours a hazy yellow. Initial aroma is sour as is the flavor. Palate is pleasant. Light bodied. My preference is for fill bodied ale so this was disappointing but not unpleasant. ---Rated via Beer Buddy for iPhone

The appearance is hazy yellow with a medium white head that fades quickly; the aroma is skunky with some yeast, and the taste is mildly sour and a touch sweet. The palate combines a medium body, slick texture, sour finish, and average carbonation.

Not what I expected. I thought it would be fuller bodied and much fuller flavour. But you cant win them all.

Light slightly hazy yellow. No Aroma and very weak flavor. Nothing to really recommend it.

Bottle at Quilon. Slightly hazy wan yellow in colour, with a white head. I donít really get this wheat ale style, canít say Iíve ever had one Iíve considered above average as a beer. This was stunningly bland.

Draught. This is a limp wheat without much to really make it stand out. I would give it a miss.
