COMMERCIAL DESCRIPTION
Like the digits suggest, itís a beer thatís densely populated with flavor and loaded with character. We donít filter it, so none of its life and soul is stripped away. The first thing you notice is the hazy, cloudy appearance. Thatís how you know itís unfiltered. What hits you next is the spicy aroma of Cascade hops, followed by the crispy, fruity ale flavor delivered in a smooth, creamy body, the result of blending barley malt with torrified wheat. Itís not like any other Goose Island Beer, but no less that youíd expect.

aroma is distant as far an orange is browned, but, ahh this taste of it. is far away and gone since I was told when I came across it, there is to be no more of it.

Tasted from a 12oz. bottle. It poured a clear golden yellow with good carbonation and a white, bubbly, quickly dissipating head. Moderate aroma and taste of wheat and malt.

Pour a clear light orange hue with a light fizzy head. has a wheaty aroma with a look an feel of a macro, albeit a good macro. I wouldnít kick this one out of bed, but Iím not asking for it to stay either. Had it out of a bottle.

12 oz bottle Birthday gift The ale poured a hazy gold with a white frothy head and lacing. The aroma was light citrus. The taste was pleasant with some citrusy hops and tropical fruit. The light body ale had average carbonation. I see why this beer is so appealing to broad groups of beer drinkers. It is rather mild in all repects yet very drinkable. The finish was light with no bitterness.

On tap at Little Markís: Pours slightly hazy golden with a two-finger white head. Aroma of cereal malts, corn, and wheat. Taste is very mild, more cereal malts, a little bitterness from hops, but very smooth. Light body, nice carbonation, very drinkable, but nothing that stands out. Very tame beer, but thereís nothing offensive about it. Safe is the keyword. This is something Iíd recommend to someone that doesnít like beer.

Light amber coloring with a small head. There is a slight aroma of straw. The flavor is a weak, spicy citrus.

2013-12-14. Crisp yellow body tiny white head. Aroma of grainy cereal malt, sweet corn like notes. Flavour is mild, lightly bitter throughout. Average to light bodied palate, soft carbonation. Decent take on what they were going for but a bit dull overall. Bottle sample at Abraxas, Miami

312 is a good wheat ale, but itís nothing special. Thereís just nothing thatís different/unusual/innovative about it. Frankly, it seems like Goose Island decided to stay on the safe side with this brew. While itís still a nice beer, itís nothing unlike what youíve had before.

35.5 cl bottle - frothy white head with the strongest yellow appearance. Wheat palate which disappears very quickly.
