COMMERCIAL DESCRIPTION
Like the digits suggest, itís a beer thatís densely populated with flavor and loaded with character. We donít filter it, so none of its life and soul is stripped away. The first thing you notice is the hazy, cloudy appearance. Thatís how you know itís unfiltered. What hits you next is the spicy aroma of Cascade hops, followed by the crispy, fruity ale flavor delivered in a smooth, creamy body, the result of blending barley malt with torrified wheat. Itís not like any other Goose Island Beer, but no less that youíd expect.

Bottle. Pours a straw semi-hazy color. White head with low retention and lacing. Aroma of wheat, mild citrus and watermelon. The taste is very similar with a dry finish. Iím a bit confused as this is supposed to be unfiltered but is actually quite bright. A very drinkable brew, almost session like.

Sabor suave pero con un marcado sabor a lúpulo. No deja mal sabor al final. En general es sabrosa y refrescante. Bonito color amarillo.

A bit of yeast on the aroma. Hazy gold pour, medium head with some light lacing. Itís balanced and refreshing but nothing special. Bottle into nonic pint from a 24 sampler pack purchased at Cosco that is about 3 months old.

355 ml bottle at The Local Pub, Athens Greece. Yellow golden color, slightly hazy, white thick head. Aromas of yeast and spices. Sweet taste, malts, yeast, some sweet fruits, maybe some bread. Sweet aftertaste, sticky-oily mouthfeel. Light body with medium carbonation.

Had this for the first time a long time ago when GI started distribution in WI. Pours a cloudy golden color with white head. Cereal grain, raw wheat, and some light fruit on the palate. Finishes with wheat.

BOD 11/23/13. Fairly clear light golden pour with a good head. Well formed lacing and moderate retention. Light nose of lemon with a hint of banana over a touch of clove against a light biscuit sweetness. Light medium body that is smooth. Normal carbonation level with good effervescence on the finish. The flavor profile is laid back and a bit weak. Some light tart lemon flavor is predominant with only hints of clove. The finish is clean and somewhat crisp.
