COMMERCIAL DESCRIPTION
Like the digits suggest, it’s a beer that’s densely populated with flavor and loaded with character. We don’t filter it, so none of its life and soul is stripped away. The first thing you notice is the hazy, cloudy appearance. That’s how you know it’s unfiltered. What hits you next is the spicy aroma of Cascade hops, followed by the crispy, fruity ale flavor delivered in a smooth, creamy body, the result of blending barley malt with torrified wheat. It’s not like any other Goose Island Beer, but no less that you’d expect.

fruity wheat smell. cloudy straw color. Taste like a wet dough ball, thin on the mouth for as doughy as it taste. Nothing to bad about it but nothing stands out about it. This was from the can and not the bottle.

This a great beer. This is what beer should taste like. Easy to drink, great taste, great buzz. I discovered this beer at craft beer place here in Fremont, Ca. and I am really glad I did. By far my favorite beer out there..

Bottle. Straw yellow and cloudy with a steady white head. Lovely hoppy aroma with spices and wheat. Flavourwise it’s really crisp and light but imparts a fair bit of flavour. There’s a wheaty body with dashes of grape, grapefruit, honey and floral notes. Light and breezy and would straddle well between the lager drinkers and the real ale suppers.

12 oz bottle dated 3/15/2013 bottled in Baldwinsville, NY from a $11.99 12 pk brought from Binnys in Orland Park. Poured into a Franziskaner Weiss glass a hazy, cloudy golden color leaving a thick bright white 2 finger head. Smells of lemon, wet grain husks. Somewhat spicy on the tongue at first, med carbonation with lemon ending with a slight soapy finish. Very easy drinking, excellent lawnmower beer. Are there more flavorful wheat beers out there? Absolutely. But this one is so easy to drink it’s no wonder it’s a big seller. Always a consideration when I’m shopping for beer. Great session wheat beer.
