COMMERCIAL DESCRIPTION
Like the digits suggest, it’s a beer that’s densely populated with flavor and loaded with character. We don’t filter it, so none of its life and soul is stripped away. The first thing you notice is the hazy, cloudy appearance. That’s how you know it’s unfiltered. What hits you next is the spicy aroma of Cascade hops, followed by the crispy, fruity ale flavor delivered in a smooth, creamy body, the result of blending barley malt with torrified wheat. It’s not like any other Goose Island Beer, but no less that you’d expect.

355 ml bottle at The Local Pub, Athens Greece. Yellow golden color, slightly hazy, white thick head. Aromas of yeast and spices. Sweet taste, malts, yeast, some sweet fruits, maybe some bread. Sweet aftertaste, sticky-oily mouthfeel. Light body with medium carbonation.

Very nice. Surprising flavours. This is far less sweet and bubblegum than something like Hoegaarden. 312 tastes much more like a beer, it has some bitterness, a deeper malt behind the citrus. Also has lots of very small bubbles so gives a very smooth and velvety experience.

Pours a cloudy yellow/orange glass of beer. It is a very fruity beer with a sweet and hoppy aroma. It is creamy and very nice!

On tap at Little Mark’s: Pours slightly hazy golden with a two-finger white head. Aroma of cereal malts, corn, and wheat. Taste is very mild, more cereal malts, a little bitterness from hops, but very smooth. Light body, nice carbonation, very drinkable, but nothing that stands out. Very tame beer, but there’s nothing offensive about it. Safe is the keyword. This is something I’d recommend to someone that doesn’t like beer.

Bottle. Pours a hazy light straw yellow color with a thin, fizzy head. Light lemon zest and grassy aroma. Flavor is a little lacking, but I can pick up some light traces of wheat and lemon in the finish. Very watery texture with lively carbonation. Refreshing but not the most flavorful offering.

Poured from a bottle, hazy yellow with white head. Aroma of spices and lemon. Taste is sweet with a pod tart aftertaste. Good carbonation. Decent wheat, maybe the best one I can get my hands on from local stores. ---Rated via Beer Buddy for iPhone

Tasted from a 12oz. bottle. It poured a clear golden yellow with good carbonation and a white, bubbly, quickly dissipating head. Moderate aroma and taste of wheat and malt.
