COMMERCIAL DESCRIPTION
Like the digits suggest, it’s a beer that’s densely populated with flavor and loaded with character. We don’t filter it, so none of its life and soul is stripped away. The first thing you notice is the hazy, cloudy appearance. That’s how you know it’s unfiltered. What hits you next is the spicy aroma of Cascade hops, followed by the crispy, fruity ale flavor delivered in a smooth, creamy body, the result of blending barley malt with torrified wheat. It’s not like any other Goose Island Beer, but no less that you’d expect.

Bottle, 355ml. A semi-cloudy beer with a medium size foamy white head that fades away after a couple of minutes. It has a fruity aroma of wheat, lemon and citrics. Taste is very mild. It has a lot of carbonation and very faint astringency. Very light bodied. Aftertaste is somewhat malty. Very drinkable but very close to a macro.

Hazy golden pour. Light aroma with hints of tangerine. A bit fizzy on the palate, with flavors of melon, orange, and yeast. A bit light on character, but aren’t most non-Gumballhead American wheats? Certainly drinkable.

Poured from a bottle, hazy yellow with white head. Aroma of spices and lemon. Taste is sweet with a pod tart aftertaste. Good carbonation. Decent wheat, maybe the best one I can get my hands on from local stores. ---Rated via Beer Buddy for iPhone

A pale wheat ale. Hints of citrus. Drank cold and went down easy. A little hoppy on the back end but nothing that detracts from the taste. Would be refreshing on a hot summer day.

UPDATED: OCT 31, 2007 Pours pale and hazy with a frothy head. The aroma is mild with a citric character. Boring and unsubstantial. Thin body.

Very light aroma of malt and some yeast. Taste is dissapointing, there should be more of everything here. It’s taste like a mixture of a industrial lager mixed with 1/3 of a wheat beer. Goose Island usually make better beer.

Pour is a cloudy light yellow with a white head. Nose is rather mild, some light fruit, but mainly dominated by the wheat, taste is very similar.

Shared with Immy. From bottle. Pours a cloudy yellow with white head. Nose is musty wheat and light lemon. Flavor follows with a rough, metallic aftertaste. Lightly carbonated palate.
