Like the digits suggest, itís a beer thatís densely populated with flavor and loaded with character. We donít filter it, so none of its life and soul is stripped away. The first thing you notice is the hazy, cloudy appearance. Thatís how you know itís unfiltered. What hits you next is the spicy aroma of Cascade hops, followed by the crispy, fruity ale flavor delivered in a smooth, creamy body, the result of blending barley malt with torrified wheat. Itís not like any other Goose Island Beer, but no less that youíd expect.

So bad. This beer is complete garbage. I donít understand the hype with Goose Island. Other than Matilda and Sofie their beers are awful. This is no exception. It tastes like a Bud Heavy with like a weird wheat taste. Itís like that Bud Light Wheat they made. Just trash. I expected a nice refreshing wheat beer but I got a nasty adjunct mess of a beer. The most overrated "craft brewery" hey lets see who owns them now. Awful.

Aroma: slight tropical fruit and grainy aromas
Appearance: light yellow, small head
Flavor: tropical fruit flavors, slight hoppy with strong grainy aftertaste followed by mild fruitness like an apple cider
Palate: very smooth and carbonated--like Sprite or Ginger Ale sodas

Wheat, lemon rind aroma. Flavor is wheat, citrus, and fresh grains. Fairly typical american wheat... thirst quenching I guess.

Delivers what it promises. Good refreshing summer beer. I give this one a few bonus points because it put goose island on the map. ---Rated via Beer Buddy for iPhone

Draught at Cabooses, Geneva, Illinois. This hazy pale yellow beer was preferable to the macro lagers available at this railway station bar, but it was served far too cold and not as flavourful as better wheat beers.

Pale, hazy yellow with very little white head. Light aroma, some sweetness and a little hops. Crisp flavor has some citrus and grain. Not terrible.

Nice yellow color and a little cloudy appearance. The head is white but is small. The smell is minimal. There is a little sweetness in the distance. The taste is also not very special. It is better than regular beer however. It is more sweet and has a little more flavor. There is a little flavor in the finish, maybe a hint of almonds and raisins?

Pours a cloudy light yellow, white a white reasonably sustaining head. Aromas are of lemon and other citrus with a mellowness from the wheat. Flavor is slightly watered down, with the wheat and lemons up front. No lasting finish, mouthfeel is light and watery. A nice session beer during the summer.
