3.1 AROMA 7/10 APPEARANCE 3/5 TASTE 6/10 PALATE 3/5 OVERALL 12/20
On tap 7/14 @ the Wrigleyville Brewpub: Pours a cloudy yellow with a white foamy head. Aroma is yeasty with hints of lemon, banana, and spices. Flavor is initially sweet with a grainy finish. A nice summer brew!

3 AROMA 6/10 APPEARANCE 3/5 TASTE 5/10 PALATE 3/5 OVERALL 13/20
Goose Island 312 is a cloudy, light amber color with a lighter body than a standard wheat ale. Low bitterness, a smooth finish and a nice citrus aftertaste make this a refreshing beer.

3 AROMA 6/10 APPEARANCE 4/5 TASTE 5/10 PALATE 3/5 OVERALL 12/20
citrusy and fruity with a decent body. it is actually very drinkable and crisp, but it lacks character. a good summer/session brew for those lacking a bit of imagination or motivation.

2.7 AROMA 5/10 APPEARANCE 2/5 TASTE 6/10 PALATE 3/5 OVERALL 11/20
Bought at Krogers on Broadway in North Knoxville.
Cloudy yellow. Medium white head. Aroma: Citris, malts, perfume. Flavor: Wheat, orangees, malt. Mellow finish.
Not a bad beer, very drinkable but nothing impressive. My limited taste for the Goose has done better. Really, my Scruffy Little City of Knoxville can do better than the Windy City.

3.8 AROMA 7/10 APPEARANCE 4/5 TASTE 7/10 PALATE 5/5 OVERALL 15/20
Slightly hazy straw color with a wispy white head. Bready malt aroma and big spicy and citrus hop aroma. Light-bodied, creamy mouthful, lifted off the tongue with medium carbonation. Lightly sweet with malt, a touch of hop flavor, finishing dry and enough bitterness to balance. A superb wheat ale. Crisp and refreshing. Perfect for summer.

2 AROMA 3/10 APPEARANCE 2/5 TASTE 5/10 PALATE 2/5 OVERALL 8/20
I think I strained a nostral trying to pull some aroma off this beer. What element of fragrance it does possess is like that of a stale and flavorless orange. If one were to match the flavor you merely need to mix 2 parts Sunny-D with 1 part carbonated water. The palate is sticky and stale. There is an aftertaste similar to that which one would receive from eating a pound of the off-white portion of an orange rind. If I owned a goose, I would rub its nose (or bill) in this beer while saying "come on, Goose, youíre better than this".

3.6 AROMA 7/10 APPEARANCE 1/5 TASTE 8/10 PALATE 3/5 OVERALL 17/20
I found this to be a good tasting beer, despite the low rating. Light, but flavorful, but, by no means overpowering. Perfect for a boatside session on the dock. a thick white head that fades slowly. Color is dissapointing. Pale yellow, not very cloudy as the deScription suggests. Aroma is wheat, but smells very much like a lager, and also slight citrus. Flavor is also kind of pale to me. Wheat, citrus, faint fruits. Like I said before, it is light, but very quenching. The boys at GI did a good job on this one.
