2.9 AROMA 8/10 APPEARANCE 2/5 TASTE 7/10 PALATE 2/5 OVERALL 10/20
Bottle, bought @ Kolding Vinhandel.
Very pale yellow with some haziness to it. Small, fizzy, frothy, white head. Aroma has lots of grapefruit, almost getting a fresh fruit note rather than hops. Light piney, some sweet wheat. Higish carbonation, rather watery palate. Flavour is mild, some clear sweetnesss, light grainy, the fruity hops are there, adding some flavour, but not enough bitterness, Still fairly fresh and very drinkable. Iíd just rather have a Drink in the Sun.

2.3 AROMA 5/10 APPEARANCE 3/5 TASTE 4/10 PALATE 2/5 OVERALL 9/20
Clear golden with a white head. Aroma is wheaty, fruity and yeasty. Flavor is rather sweet and light bitter. Sweet finish. A bit watery and lacks body. There is something artificial about the fruity sweetness. 010311

3 AROMA 7/10 APPEARANCE 4/5 TASTE 5/10 PALATE 2/5 OVERALL 12/20
Bottle from Voldby KÝbmandsgaard
very clear yellow, smooth large white head with a yellow tone.
fresh flowery hoppy aroma, slightly dusty, notes of peaches quite delicate and pretty pleasing flowery aroma.
flavor is flowery, very slightly hoppy bitter, slightrly fruity and wheaty. Very mild and probably also a bit boring wheat beer - i prefer the german and belgian versions of wheat beer to this. However it is quite refreshing and very easy to drink, almost like a lemon soda water, or a radler. second pour was not entirely clear, but still itís one of the most clear berws i ever saw , that claims to be unfiltered.

2.8 AROMA 6/10 APPEARANCE 3/5 TASTE 5/10 PALATE 3/5 OVERALL 11/20
A: The beer pours a slightly hazed bright yellow color with a short lived white head.
S: Fairly light on the nose but some definite citrus notes of lemon peel and orange. A decent enough floral hop character is present as well. Sweet bread and wheat in terms of the malt content.
T: Much more yeasty than I had expected. Wheat bread is there, but the flavor is quite light as well. Lemon zest and a mild to moderate tartness. Not as much hop flavor as I had anticipated, given the nose.
M: Light in body with a moderate level of carbonation.
O: As far as the Pale Wheat style of beer goes, this isnít bad, but itís still not something Iíd care to drink again.
