COMMERCIAL DESCRIPTION
Like the digits suggest, itís a beer thatís densely populated with flavor and loaded with character. We donít filter it, so none of its life and soul is stripped away. The first thing you notice is the hazy, cloudy appearance. Thatís how you know itís unfiltered. What hits you next is the spicy aroma of Cascade hops, followed by the crispy, fruity ale flavor delivered in a smooth, creamy body, the result of blending barley malt with torrified wheat. Itís not like any other Goose Island Beer, but no less that youíd expect.

12oz bottle-pours a foamy/bubbly white head and hazy yellow color. Aroma is sweet light malty/wheat/creamy/rich, some citrus. Taste is sweet light malty/wheat/creamy/rich, some citrus-orange, some spices. Light side of medium body, some complexness but easy drinking. Good effervescence. Thanks to decaturstevo for sharing.

Bottle. Pours lightly hazy yellow with a small, fizzy white head, short retention with light lacing. Aroma is wheat, coriander, lavender, spicy and citrus hops. Flavor is malt forward with light hops, bitterness, and spices with a dry finish. Light body and medium carbonation.

Bottle, bought @ Kolding Vinhandel.
Very pale yellow with some haziness to it. Small, fizzy, frothy, white head. Aroma has lots of grapefruit, almost getting a fresh fruit note rather than hops. Light piney, some sweet wheat. Higish carbonation, rather watery palate. Flavour is mild, some clear sweetnesss, light grainy, the fruity hops are there, adding some flavour, but not enough bitterness, Still fairly fresh and very drinkable. Iíd just rather have a Drink in the Sun.

Bottle from Voldby KÝbmandsgaard very clear yellow, smooth large white head with a yellow tone. fresh flowery hoppy aroma, slightly dusty, notes of peaches quite delicate and pretty pleasing flowery aroma. flavor is flowery, very slightly hoppy bitter, slightrly fruity and wheaty. Very mild and probably also a bit boring wheat beer - i prefer the german and belgian versions of wheat beer to this. However it is quite refreshing and very easy to drink, almost like a lemon soda water, or a radler. second pour was not entirely clear, but still itís one of the most clear berws i ever saw , that claims to be unfiltered.

12 ounce bottle from thetomG in Secret Santa Winter 10. Thanks! Pours a hazy pale yellow color with a large creamy white head. Good head retention and sticky lacing. Aroma of bread, citrus, stone fruits and a bitter finish. The taste is bitter citrus notes, some tropical notes as well, wheat, bread, an almost crackery note. Nutty finish. Thin-medium bodied. Solidly made and would probably be very nice to session during the summer.

(10/9/08) Draught sample at the brewpub in Clybourn, Chicago. Slightly hazy golden. Fruity aroma with hops, flowers, some citrus and light wheat notes. Flavor starts a bit sweetish and fruity with some yeast and a bit of wheat and bread notes and finishes with mild hoppy bitterness. Light to medium-bodied. Not bad.

Thanks to Darkover for the trade. Apparently wheat doesnít grow too well in urban areas. Hazy yellow-gold color with a thin white head and scant lacing. The aroma is faintly wheaty with a touch of malt. Light-bodied with a slick mouthfeel. Tastes like a cross between a Wheat and an Adjunct Lager. Mild wheat, hops and corn are the prevalent flavors. The finish is crisp and lightly hoppy and fruity. Not bad really, it just doesnít need to be this bland.

UPDATED: JUN 29, 2013 By far the worst wateriest beer Iíve had. Well maybe boddingtons but still, this is water.
