COMMERCIAL DESCRIPTION
Like the digits suggest, itís a beer thatís densely populated with flavor and loaded with character. We donít filter it, so none of its life and soul is stripped away. The first thing you notice is the hazy, cloudy appearance. Thatís how you know itís unfiltered. What hits you next is the spicy aroma of Cascade hops, followed by the crispy, fruity ale flavor delivered in a smooth, creamy body, the result of blending barley malt with torrified wheat. Itís not like any other Goose Island Beer, but no less that youíd expect.

UPDATED: AUG 20, 2011 On tap at cleveland airport. Aroma is unidentifiable spices. Fizzy, fruity with light malt and some off flavor bread and yeast. Odd combinations and not so enjoyable. Over carbonated. Bad choice for last call stuck in cleveland airport.

Lichtgeel, ietwat troebel bier. Geur van brood is wat opvalt. De smaak is wat vlak, weinig diepte, in de nasmaak komt weer de smaak van brood terug. Fris biertje, maar weinig smaak.

UPDATED: SEP 12, 2015 Sampled from a bottle in Chicago. A hazy pale golden colour with a thin white head. Lots of good hop aromas. The taste is quite tart and fruity, with hints of honey. Not much bitterness in the taste. A good thirst quencher, quite mild flavours and just a little bland.

Gift from Brigadier, thanks! Aroma of subtle banana, lemon, very subtle cherry or other red, berry-like fruit. Pale yellow, with a touch of cloudiness and a thin, white head. Light flavors of lemon and banana and a quick finish with a touch of graininess. Light palate, slightly watery. Quick drinking beer without major flaws.

An okay wheat ale; it has the wheat ale characteristics that make it refreshing on a hot day, but there are other wheat ales that do the same thing, but taste better.

Nothing special. An avarage good wheat beer. Had this late at night so my memory is not that good. Have to revisit this one. Drinkable.

Poured from a bottle into a tall glass. Appearance is hazy yellow with a white foamy head. A bit of lacing. Smell is wheat, hay, a little fruity. Taste is a little fruity up front, straw, and finishes quickly. Not much to it.

Very carbonated, very filling. I had two large drafts with dinner in Wadsworth last nite, couldnít finish the last one due to feeling very full.

Pours a cloudy light gold in color. About a half inch of head on the pour, but it’s quickly gone. Smell is spicy, but off slightly. Taste is hoppy, but rather BMC’ish. Highly carbonated in the mouthfeel. Refreshing, but not good enough to warrant another purchase.
