A - Hazed, pale gold color with an average sized, whispy, creamy, frothy, tight, pearl white head. Decent retention with a thin layer of lace.
S - Nice tart lemony aroma with some grassy and banana hints as well. Good amount of malted wheat aroma gives it a base. Pretty well spiced but nothing too strong. Pretty typical for the style.
T - Pretty nice, refreshing taste. Wheat and grainy base are nice and provide a lot of the flavor. A good level of lemon rind, grass/lemongrass, spice and just a hint of banana. Pretty zesty/tart for the style, but balanced out by the wheat flavor.
M - Light body with very nice carbonation. Quite creamy and goes down very smooth.
D - Very easy to drink, smooth, refreshing beer. Has enough zest and spice to keep it interesting and have me coming back for more.
Notes: Very nice pale wheat beer that is quite refreshing. Good summertime, thirst quencher. Also has a good amount of spice, zest, and hints of hops to kick up the wheat a bit.

Slightly hazy straw color with a wispy white head. Bready malt aroma and big spicy and citrus hop aroma. Light-bodied, creamy mouthful, lifted off the tongue with medium carbonation. Lightly sweet with malt, a touch of hop flavor, finishing dry and enough bitterness to balance. A superb wheat ale. Crisp and refreshing. Perfect for summer.

Drank this six PAC with some friends way late at night and after way too much rum. Found it clean and refreshing. Definitely getting it again.

I had this at Global Brew. Pours yellow with a white head. Taste light, summery, a hint of lemon. I thought this was good. I would drink this again.

Hazed, straw yellow look, big, booming head, commands the top of the glass, but assuredly simmers down.
Aroma: soft, spicy, citric. Banana and lemon on top, creamy underneath...nice.
Nice in the taste, too. Soft and mellow, fruit and light spices. Delightfully flavorful, and terrifically quenching. Very downable, light and easy, delicate in flavor, but tasty as heck.
Reminds me a bit of Oberon, without the funky yeast.
If that silly distributor would have let me pick this up in a 6-pack, I surely would have gone through plenty over the summer.

This was definitely the best beer that I had during my time in Chicago. It has a very yeasty aroma and a cloudy appearance. It is clearly unfiltered and tastes wonderful. Itís very creamy with the taste of yeast and hops, with a hint of lemon? This is a very good beer, which I highly recommend.

Faded whitish lemon yellow with a waffer thin cap of white foam slipping right off to a skinny collar. Some broken up, uneven sheets of lace stick across the glass closer to the liquid.
Aroma is of pale wheat dough, lightly fruit sided with a starchy banana-like cookie mixed with lemon bread poking through.
Taste is fine, wheaty, slippery, a little light in a couple areas, but never weak really. It ghostly stays to the back of the palate with a wheat stamp of lightly snappy texture and buzz while a soft, very light banana/lemon bread dough kinda floats in and out around the corners giving it just enough extra interest helping it from being completely boring or average.
Feel is smooth and malty with a pale wheat backed texture that fits well with what itís offering. The carbonation is medium and well rounded with a bold snappy front and middle. Finish is a little drab and empty but tends to soften out and build with a light drying wheaty, grassy, doughy malt coating the palate late.
A decent pale wheat brew that can be enjoyed by many a glass full.

There’s a reason that Goose Island took this off their seasonal list and started brewing it year round. Their description of 312 as having "densely populated flavor" is definitely accurate. There’s a lot more depth of flavor than most wheat bears, but it still remains quite refreshing despite having a slightly bitter aftertaste.

220z bomber. Hazy orange-yellow color. Subdued aroma, a little sweet wheat and malt. The taste is solid, not unlike a Bavarian Hefe, but without the banana yeast characteristics. Some light lemony tang. Excellent full mouthfeel, while still relatively light on the palate. Crisply balanced by the hops, this is quite refreshing and easy drinking.

12 oz bottle. Dull orange color, off white head, great lacing. Aroma of black pepper and orange rind. Taste is citrus, malt, light spice, and the barest hint of burnt embers. Interesting.
